It was beautiful thank you I had hit a butterfly while driving to see my dad,not knowing if this will be the last time. I turned around picked her up. At the arrival I placed that butterfly on my dad's legs and to see the smile he had and to place it on that flower arrangement was perfect

I ordered this but with the premium upgrade. It doesn't look like anything extra or more was done for a "premium" charge, compared to this pic. Its pretty though, fresh flowers too. Unfortunately they were not able to deliver on the day I scheduled (a Saturday), though the website allows Saturday delivery. They did call me and we arranged a Friday delivery. They did take my request to use pink roses instead of red. Price is still better than most places and they communicate, which is helpful.

Received a text that the plant I picked was not avail but that you were substituting some else that would look amazing. Then hours later I received a phone call from a person who said they they texted "asking my permission to substitute". That is not what my text said and when I told her that, she was fairly snooty. Haven't seen what was delivered but didn't care for the customer service or lack of it and will likely choose another florist going forward.

When buying, there is a chance your purchase may or may not look like the picture. Understandable. But it says they will give you something of equal or higher value. That was not the case with my purchase. What was sent to the funeral home was absolutely embarrassing. Will not recommend this place to anyone or buy anything ever again. Definitely feel like I should be refunded!

I ordered flowers for an anniversary thinking I was getting a decent size bouquet from the picture online and from ordering the deluxe version. They were delivered correctly and promptly and I received a thank you from my fiancé for them. I asked for a pic of them and was very disappointed to see the size and lack of flowers for a deluxe (up charge) order. I understand the picture is more representative of the premium but this was truly disappointing for the price I paid. These were delivered on 10/20 and less than a week later are completely dead. I received a bouquet from Kroger (I’m sure at less than half the cost of this one) for bosses day on 10/16 and they are still alive and well. I then received another bouquet from Vogel’s Florist in Rushville on 10/22 from my fiancé for our anniversary that are still in full bloom and alive. I was not going to write a review even though I was initially upset at the size for the price but after finding out they are all already dead, I’m very disappointed. This was my first and last order from Expressions. Not worth the price, very misleading online pictures, and poor quality of flowers compared to a grocery store.

I purchased this boutique from the Just Because category, because that's the exact reason for the purchase. Just Because. She LOVED them! She Cried! Online ordering was convenient and easy. The delivery was prompt, which was good since I had just ordered only 24 hours in advance. A little disappointed the actual delivered flowers were not nearly as full as the one in the picture. But with the short notice and not actually talking with someone on the phone (my fault), can't complain too much.

My sister is going to contact Sheryl to see about an exchange, I was contacted and told there would be a substitution because they did not have a money plant in stock - they were ordered but not in stock at this time - however I had no idea the substitution arrangement would not even closely resemble what I ordered. Instead of a lovely Zen arrangement, she received (left on her porch) a tin bucket - the only things similar were the stones and the moss. Extremely disappointing after purchasing arrangements from your many times.

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the
following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
