|Well, customer service was wonderful, responded right away to my texts and rectified the situation. They were able to make a beautiful flower arrangement for my aunt again and delivered them the following day.
Even though we started on a not-so-great start, this shop has one of the best customer service in the industry. Because at the end of the day, with the rising cost of everything, you want to get your money’s worth. Satisfaction as a consumer is very important.

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
