Also the small 4.00 balloon pick was accidentally put in another order which was also a designers choice and that was my fault as I had told you. I am so sorry about that. We are driving all the way back to the resort today to deliver the balloon.

A lot of greenery and mostly damaged brown spots I paid extra for more blooms that a lot more greenery than anything also the blooms I did get are damaged and brown The roses are not high quality which I paid for in the orchids are damaged at the end and proud I've never seen the floors give anybody anything like that needless say it's beautiful but won't last more than a day

This was a fantastic experience. I kept forgetting to order flowers for my sis for her surgery, I finally got to it about 5 hours before she was to arrive at the surgery center. This company got the flowers to her home address before she left for the day! And the bouquet was true to it's name--Sis was so moved by it that she cried when she called to thank me. These folks are the best!

Deanna, It only takes a day or 2 at the most for those lilies to open. We send out all of our orders with tight lilies so that the customer can watch them open and they will last longer when we do that. We get way more dislikes when we send out arrangements with blown lilies. Thank you.

The flower bouquet that was delivered was not as pictured. It had fewer flowers and wasn’t as full. The delivery was on time.

There are tight lilies in this bouquet and they need time to open to show off all their beauty. We did put in a few extra full size roses due to being sold out on the orange spray roses. We always deliver all our bouquets with fresh tight lilies so that the recipient can watch and enjoy them while they open. We did fill this order to full value. Thank you

Beautiful flowers delivered right away. They picked up a mistake in my order going to the right person. A little caveat although free delivery was advertised there was some "administrative fee" for $10 and they also ask for a tip. I have no problem with that but others might. The bottom line, she was happy to receive the flowers. I would definitely use this shop again!

The website was easy to use. I found the prices to be a little high, but not horrible. I was mostly disappointed in the fact that what was delivered was 100% different from what I ordered. My friend sent me a picture and it was completely different. Still very pretty but not what I ordered.

Dear Nicole, As our website states before you even placed your order that sometimes subs need to be made. Especially when you place an order same day as the delivery. We do try very hard to make everyone's order as close as we can to the shown catalog item selected. The bouquet you choose was 45.95 and is a very good value for how many flowers that bouquet has in it. I do not see how we could of not made your arrangement at least 90% like what was pictured. I am sorry you felt we did not do our job. I the owner made that bouquet and it was very very close to the picture.

The arrangement received not what was ordered. The flowers are a mix pink, white, yellow, only two orange flowers- clearly not the brilliant orange autumn presentation of the Tigress Bouquet.
This was ordered a week in advance, no one contacted me to ask if a substitute was okay and what I would have preferred instead. There was time to at least let me know that the order couldn’t be fulfilled as ordered. That did not happen. Will not be ordering from this shop again.

I ordered flowers for a friend for her birthday, to be delivered to her work place. I did not realize that she would be on vacation. The wonderful staff contacted me to let me know that they attempted delivery and because she was not there, they were going to make a fresh bouquet the next week and have it delivered to her then. They are wonderful!!

Delivered on time. Have used this company twice so far. The first time the recipient wasn't home and they called to make sure it was okay to leave at the door. Flowers are beautiful and customer service has been great. Will use again in the future.

The roses stayed closed never even began to open. My mom is going through a extrwmly hard time in her life right now just recently we lost my sister to suicide.
These were to lift her up on one of the hardest days of my mom's life :(
I just had back surgery so I could not travel 7 hours south to be with her in this moment of sadness.
My mom was very sad they died immediately because they brought her happy tears when she first got them, brought her peace & love.
My mother is a major green thumb & it was definitely nothing wrong with the care they had immediately bringing into her home with in 10 mins of drop off as she was walking to get her mail from front office where she lives.
Next time I'll be ordering elsewhere.

A little disappointing, it didn't really look like the photo. It did have the lilies, only 3 roses, but lots or carnations and baby's breath (which I don't see in the photo), and no purple daisies. I'm kind of guessing at the flower types. But also no purple bow. I do understand this is the busiest weekend of the year.

This particular bouquet by this local Redmond florist did an awesome job, the bouquet I ordered for my sister for her birthday was absolutely beautiful. I ordered online since I now live out of state. I ordered my aunt flowers to be sent to the Redmond hospital due to emergency surgery. I was notified soon after putting my order in that my aunt was being transported to the Bend hospital fir the surgery.

Delivering to Bend isn’t part of their delivery route. Donna said that if there wasn’t a snow storm going through that she would have made an exception for me. But due to bad weather they weren’t able to deliver that far away.
Donna was willing to hold the flowers for me until I was able to find someone to pick them up to deliver to my aunt in the ICU for me.
Donna was so accommodating and compassionate. She was apologetic and said that she was putting even more flowers in the bouquet. I appreciated that when the bouquet was delivered the day before it was scheduled they went and retrieved it from the porch and delivered it as requested on the next day. In the process, they upgraded it to the deluxe version for no additional cost. That was a classy response to correcting the error and the bouquet was beautiful.

The actual arrangement didn't have as many flowers as the picture, and looked skimpy for $70. In the advertised picture, I see 5 roses on the side displayed; in the arrangement that was delivered there were only 2 on one side. Also I could see only 6 alstromeria in the picture of the one that was delivered - in the advertised picture, there are at least 11! Instead of having nice cypress greens, ferny and graceful, there were only some poky fir and blue spruce. And the ribbon was just a plain red one, nothing special. I don't consider this to be money well spent.

I’ve tried Proflowers and 1-800-flowers in the past and have had consistent problems with what’s delivered not looking like what’s in the picture. I’ve ordered from Every Bloom’n Thing several times now and those arrangements don’t look like the picture either — they always look BETTER than the picture. I ordered the deluxe version of this and it is awful. There is more greenery than anything else. It’s small and did not turn out like what is in the picture at all. In the picture there are no large leaves and that is the majority of what is in the bouquet. Thankfully my mom loves it but we were very disappointed in what we saw.

I’m sorry but the flower arraignment that was delivered looked nothing like this picture. The large white flowers were pink, there were none of the tiger striped flowers, it was full of green filler and overall it was not as large as this arraignment. I wanted to get this for my wife because I am out of state on her birthday and this was so classy and elegant in the picture. It’s the first time I have ever ordered flowers online. I have recently ordered 3 different times, for employees and clients. Each time, the flowers have been delivered on time and without any issues. My only suggestion would be for the sender to see a photo of the actual product included in the delivery receipt? This would assure my recipient is receiving what I'd ordered. I can not give raving reviews if I haven't seen the end result. Otherwise, I have been satisfied and will continue to do business with you.

My parent's dog of 11 years suddenly passed away just a few days before Christmas. I wasn't able to be with them at the time so ordered a floral arrangement to be delivered to their home. The bouquet advertised vs the bouquet received look nothing like each other. I basically paid $60 for pine, pine cones and white flowers- not the big white flowers, the small white flowers. I understand that due to availability, some decor would be subject to change, however, the arrangement looked nothing like what was advertised.

The staff who helped me over the phone were very kind and helpful, when I called after receiving notification that the orange lilies pictured on the website weren't available for the bouquet I'd selected. The substitutions were beautiful! The bouquet was delivered less than 2 hours after I'd placed the order online, and I was amazed at that! I was worried I'd waited too long to place a same-day-delivery order.

Nice arrangement, got a message saying they would have to put other flowers than pictured, which was fine. Delivered on time. Only problem, the inscription was not as I had written it. I wrote "Love Mom and Don" but they wrote "Love Mom and Dad" which was very uncomfortable at this time.

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the
following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field
during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences.
Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in
advance.
