With over 15 years of experience in high-end floral design and 20 years in customer service, I’ve worked in a wide range of floral settings—from luxury studios to everyday shops. Each experience has shaped the unique style and personal touch we bring to every arrangement. The whole process was super easy and stress-free! Ordering online took just a few minutes, and the flowers were scheduled to arrive exactly when I asked. When the recipient wasn’t home, I got a kind call from the florist, who didn’t want to leave the flowers outside in the cold. She had already spoken with my daughter and worked out a new delivery plan—how thoughtful is that?

Very professional. Took care of my order online. Sent a picture of bouquet. Called me for my approval prior to delivery. Recipient was very pleased. Only con was to add a card the cost was overpriced. I chose not to order one. The note that was added by my family was just printed on a sheet paper. That was very disappointing.

The flower arrangement for my family member’s funeral was beautiful and the designer did a wonderful job…not a typical, ordinary arrangement. I needed to consult with other family members on the text of the card and how we would sign. When my email never reached the florist, Taylor called back to complete the card for me! She also texted a photo of the arrangement before delivery. The service, artistry and follow-up was excellent.

What a wonderful florist to deal with! I spoke directly with Taylor the owner and she was so sweet and very accommodating to get exactly what I had requested. This was for a Celebration of Life in Hendersonville and I live in NC. I had no idea who to use but so glad she popped up on the list! This was a very special person almost like family and we wanted something special. She sent me pics to approve and then the final product before she had it delivered. Went above and beyond for sure!!! If you need a florist in the area, I highly recommend Taylor at Evergreens Florist!! To be honest with you, I was very disappointed. I lost my sister. You wrote her name on a folded envelope that you would mail a letter in and you also printed out the message from your computer on computer paper and you clipped it to the front with a paper clip And charged me $93 was very very disappointed and I’m sorry I’m not trying to be rude I’m just trying to be honest I had to take it home and redo the whole thing so that’s just the way it is just !!!!!!

I apologize for any confusion. The card you received was the complimentary one we offer, which was not included on your invoice. During our phone conversation, there was no indication that you wanted a card, and as your receipt shows, you were not charged for one.

We attached the card to your lantern ribbon using a paperclip to prevent it from being lost or misplaced during transport.

I genuinely regret that you did not express your concerns at the time of pick‑up. Had you mentioned a preference, we would have been more than happy to provide a Hallmark card. I’m truly sorry if this added any frustration—especially on an already difficult day.

Evergreens saved the day. Got a late notice on Saturday of a funeral service on Memorial day (Monday morning). All florists were closed but Evergreens was open on Sunday. Called and spoke to Taylor who was super amazing and accomodating. She said they're open 7 days and delivery next morning on Holiday was no problem. Beautiful piece and reasonable price! There's a reason they have 5 stars!
