Substitution Policy
In some instances, the florists’ photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated. Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you've selected, the local florist will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal or higher value.
Delivery Policy
Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist. Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone. Florists that offer same day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences. Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in advance.

I was visiting from out of town and needed something spectacular for someone really special. I asked for a unique and fun arrangement that also included a plant that would last beyond the flowers. I gave them full authority to have fun and be creative using their God-given talents. I'd say they hit it out of the park! I was thrilled, but more importantly, it was a beautiful reminder to this lady that all she does behind the scenes for everyone, wearing all the hats that nobody else thinks about or wants to wear, is seen and noticed and so very much appreciated. ---- Florist's Response: This is such a sweet review!!
