Substitution Policy
In some instances, the florists’ photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated. Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you've selected, the local florist will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal or higher value.
Delivery Policy
Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist. Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone. Florists that offer same day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences. Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in advance.

This is second time that I have ordered from Taylor. She does a great job and wants to ensure that her customers are happy with her product. For anyone who doesn’t live in the area and you need a florist, I would highly recommend Taylor. She will send you a picture of what you ordered, then she will notify you when the flowers are out for delivery and after they have arrived! Great experience from start to finish. Customer service was above and beyond, flowers were beautiful and I was sent a picture before the flowers were sent to make sure they met my expectations and notification when they were delivered. Evergreens saved the day. Got a late notice on Saturday of a funeral service on Memorial day (Monday morning). All florists were closed but Evergreens was open on Sunday. Called and spoke to Taylor who was super amazing and accomodating. She said they're open 7 days and delivery next morning on Holiday was no problem. Beautiful piece and reasonable price!
