Substitution Policy
In some instances, the florists’ photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated. Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you've selected, the local florist will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal or higher value.
Delivery Policy
Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist. Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone. Florists that offer same day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences. Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in advance.

What a wonderful florist to deal with! I spoke directly with Taylor the owner and she was so sweet and very accommodating to get exactly what I had requested. This was for a Celebration of Life in Hendersonville and I live in NC. I had no idea who to use but so glad she popped up on the list! This was a very special person almost like family and we wanted something special. She sent me pics to approve and then the final product before she had it delivered. Went above and beyond for sure!!! If you need a florist in the area, I highly recommend Taylor at Evergreens Florist!!
