To be honest with you, I was very disappointed. I lost my sister. You wrote her name on a folded envelope that you would mail a letter in and you also printed out the message from your computer on computer paper and you clipped it to the front with a paper clip And charged me $93 was very very disappointed and I’m sorry I’m not trying to be rude I’m just trying to be honest I had to take it home and redo the whole thing so that’s just the way it is just !!!!!!

I apologize for any confusion. The card you received was the complimentary one we offer, which was not included on your invoice. During our phone conversation, there was no indication that you wanted a card, and as your receipt shows, you were not charged for one.

We attached the card to your lantern ribbon using a paperclip to prevent it from being lost or misplaced during transport.

I genuinely regret that you did not express your concerns at the time of pick‑up. Had you mentioned a preference, we would have been more than happy to provide a Hallmark card. I’m truly sorry if this added any frustration—especially on an already difficult day.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience with Evergreens Florist. Taylor was fantastic with communication—she even sent me a photo of the arrangement before it went out for delivery. When I accidentally provided the wrong address, she personally called me from the location and then went above and beyond by contacting the recipient directly to make sure the flowers were received.

The arrangement itself was beautifully curated, and the service exceeded every expectation. Evergreens Florist truly went the extra mile, and I couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend!

I ordered this arrangement for a funeral. The arrangement was stunning! The owner has excellent communication skills! She sent me a picture of the arrangement before it was delivered and notified me when it was out for delivery and after delivery. I received many complimentary comments about the arrangement. I highly recommend this florist and I will definitely use them again!

Taylor is amazing! Customer service is phenomenal, but the arrangements are sheer brilliance! Each one of my arrangements for my event were little masterpieces onto themselves! The careful placing of each flower and bud and sprig of something beautiful really brought such beauty to my event. Amazing customer service! I live out of state and needed to order flowers for a funeral. Taylor not only worked within my budget but also fulfilled a special request. I love that their policy is to send a photo and call to make sure you approve of the everything before it's sent out. The arrangement was beautiful and delivered timely. They sent me a picture, and called to tell me it had been delivered. It is a gorgeous arrangement, perfect for honoring a special 100 year old on her birthday!

Evergreens saved the day. Got a late notice on Saturday of a funeral service on Memorial day (Monday morning). All florists were closed but Evergreens was open on Sunday. Called and spoke to Taylor who was super amazing and accomodating. She said they're open 7 days and delivery next morning on Holiday was no problem. Beautiful piece and reasonable price! There's a reason they have 5 stars!
