You can call the florist any time before the scheduled delivery or pickup date to make changes to your subscription plan and orders.
Can I pause my subscription plan?
Yes, you can! contact us at (781) 438-6910, let us know the next best delivery date and we’ll pause your subscription.
How do I cancel my subscription plan?
We’d be happy to take care of that for you! Please contact us at (781) 438-6910 and we’ll cancel your subscription right away.

Highly recommend Evergreen Florist. I recently requested a "same day delivery" and Evergreen did not disappoint. I often wish to send flowers to friends and family that live far from me. I prefer to deal with a local florist vs. a third party vendor such as 1-800. The communication is better and the quality is more consistent with the price. Evergreen Florist promptly delivered the most beautiful Fall arrangement to my friend. My family has experienced the same quality service from them for funeral arrangements and sympathy deliveries.

The flowers were beautiful but to be honest they only stayed that way for two days. The flowers began wilting by Tuesday morning, only 3 days after pickup, and were in the trash by Tuesday evening. I would expect for the cost they should last longer than that.

Recently ordered my wife flowers for our anniversary. I chose the “Sweet Summer” arrangement with the “premium” package which their website states; “We will add more blooms and select the highest quality flowers we offer in this style.” I was not at all happy with the quality of the flowers, frayed edges, discolored petals, guard petals still on. At this price point I would expect the flowers to be flawless or not go out the door.

Overall, I definitely thought the arrangement was cute and I am not altogether unhappy. Additionally I work as a florist for 4 years myself so I am a bit picky. However, I did pay extra for the 'premium' bouquet expecting the higher quality flowers and extra blossoms. The flowers in the arrangement were still mostly carnations and daisies - I personally don't consider these to be 'high quality' flowers that I would charge extra for. But considering that there may be availability issues due to quarantine it was fine and cute. I just probably won't order again next year.

The flowers did look beautiful at my uncle's service. I received a personal call from a staff member to let me know that you received my online order per my request, which was very nice. The only disappointment was I signed the card from my family, my sister's family and my mom. My last name was some how transferred incorrectly onto the card. I did spell it correctly on the online order. My last name is Linskey and it appeared on the card as Kinskey.

This year's flowers were a disappointment compared to other years. Didn't last 5 days and the heads started to bend over. changed water every two days and did not recieve the plant food you usually give with flowers. hope the next time they will be better
