I was terribly disappointed with the premium flower arrangement I ordered. While the arrangement itself was beautiful, it fell far short of my expectations. I specifically chose the premium option to ensure it would be larger and more impressive than the standard arrangement, but the flowers my friend received were similar in size and presentation to the standard option shown on the website. I am disheartened that I paid extra for the premium upgrade yet received something that appeared to be of lesser value than advertised. This experience has left me feeling let down.

Unfortunately, I didn’t not receive the flower bouquet I was expecting. It was pretty, but not what I’m used to from this flower shop. I ordered the deluxe; most expensive option, which I always do, yet this time it disappointed me!
I’ve always shopped here for all my occasions, for last 3 years, and have spent a good amount of money here and they never disappoint. As a matter of fact, I would always get asked where I got my flowers from and I have referred many friends and family to this place.
I had my newborn with me, so I couldn’t tell them right there and then, when picked up the flower for Mother’s Day, it would have ruined the surprise, hence I couldn’t complain, and ask them to touch it up on the spot.
It is a pretty arrangement, but it’s not close to the image that was online. I hope they don’t lose their quality of arrangements that I am used to, because that would be unfortunate!

I called first to make sure they could accommodate the custom colors I wanted. After being assured that they could, I placed my order online, which was really easy. Delivery was on time and the arrangement was stunning!!! Everyone was really impressed! The price was reasonable and it looked so good people thought I paid 3 times more than what I did. I chose Everbloom Flowers to send my sister who lives in San Diego a gift for her birthday. I looked at multiple floral business in her area but it was Everbloom that stood far far above the rest! Beautiful website, easy to navigate, check out process was streamlined and when I called to let them know to delete something on the order, I was greeted by a cheerful gentleman! You know how some florists have pictures and you choose the arrangement you'd like to send and when it gets to its destination, it's not even close to the picture? Not with Everbloom Flowers ... this floral arrangement was EXTRAORDINARY! I received a pic from my sister and the arrangement was HUGE, the vase was exactly the same as shown with pink ribbon, and the floral arrangement itself was tall and gorgeous and delivered when said.
A big thank you to everyone at Everbloom. Don't change a thing because my experience was flawless from order to delivery and a very happy sister who turned 75 years old.
Flowers arrived as scheduled, but I was a little disappointed by the flower colors chosen. It looked almost like the picture, except for a magenta carnation thrown in instead of peach/light pink. It threw off the whole color scheme and frankly looked pretty haphazard. I expected more.

This exotic flower arrangement was well done! I loved that the flowers were fresh and it was nice that they were not blooming yet! My girl has been able to enjoy the flowers everyday.
The only thing I wanted to point out was that I had to go to the other location to pick up my arrangement, when I was told to pick it up at the North Park/ university location. I got there and the nice gentleman said that he didn’t have it there and that they had it at the other location. Luckily it was ready as I had asked at 9am so that was impressive given a busy day. I arrived and my arrangement was given to me very quick! Very satisfied and have recommended this place to several of my friends. Keep up the great work!

The flowers were pretty close to the picture. No roses but tulips instead which was fine. However I really wanted the purple vase which attracted me to the selection. Instead it was a clear vase. Otherwise i was pleased with the delivery and would order again from Everbloom.

I paid for a premium arrangement and it didn’t look nearly as good as the picture for the standard arrangement. She sent a picture (she was happy to receive it) and there were really dark flowers in it and it didn’t appear to have any of the hanging greenery that made the pictured arrange so pretty

It’s always hard to choose a florist from clear across the country, so to be honest it’s not really what I ordered. Because of trying times I realize you don’t always have all colors on hand, but I ordered violet hoping I wouldn’t get pink and guess what I got. The message implies cheerful, which I don’t think is what mostly white conveys, plus I highly doubt the lily buds will open. I have been a grower and seller of flowers for over 20 years so I am not unfamiliar with good design and run of the mill. Luckily in this case it was the thought that mattered.

The whole experience was excellent. The driver called in the morning to let us know that the delivery was on the way. The driver was on time and very friendly. My wife was surprised for the home delivery of some fresh flowers!
The flowers exceeded my expectations. The vase was huge with cool, little diamond stones at the bottom in the water. The flowers were wrapped with some banana leaves so they would not droop in the heat this week. Definitely something I should have done earlier during this quarantine period. This was the BEST online flower buying experience I've ever had. The customer service and level of engagement was unbelievable. I messed up and gave an old address -- they figured it out on their own (I had no idea), called me to let me know (after dropping off the flowers at the wrong place because of me), went back and picked the flowers back up, and then dropped them off at the correct address right after. The man delivering called me and sent pics the whole time. I did not deserve that! ALSO, THE FLOWERS WERE BEAUTIFUL. The photo does not do justice to how gorgeous these were in person. So appreciative and impressed with the quality and service.

My mother received this order and the flowers are very beautiful, but I'm disappointed because the flowers arrived in just a wicker sort of basket - not a real vase. I did see the substitution policy, which states it may arrive in a "one-of-a-kind" vase, but this still implies, along with the picture, that a real vase is included. My mom actually had to put plastic bags underneath the arrangement because the basket arrived wet. I would not have purchased this arrangement if I knew if wouldn't come in a real vase, even though the flowers themselves were lovely.

The Flowers were delivered a day late. They stated they were delivered the following day, but weren’t. Another arrangement was sent after being informed that it never arrived, The flower arrangement sent was a hodgepodge of what looked like leftover flowers, not like pictured above, few sunflowers. I should receive my money back. I was promised a call back after delivery. It never came. Terrible experience all the way around.

I placed an order on May 6, 2020, for my mother's 85th birthday and while the flowers were promptly delivered, the arrangement was disappointing. I understand that not every order will look exactly like the arrangement on your website, however, the name of this arrangement is "Stargazer Garden" and there wasn't one stargazer in the vase. The lilies were the plain pink asian variety. The other complaint is that the entire arrangement were all in pink. There wasn't any contrast such as the purple irises, purple blazing stars and possibly a hydrangea or a type of clustered flower in lavender as shown on the website. It may have been that the some or all were out of season and may not have been available, but surely there was other purple flower alternatives available. If I wanted an all pink arrangement, I would have chose another selection.

I ordered an arrangement called Daisy Crazy that ended up with white mums instead of daisies and the arrangement seemed a little sparse. The recipient enjoyed and appreciated it but I was embarrassed. It was delivered very quickly though and the email communication was great. I would give Everbloom another try.

Found Everbloom via Google maps to locate a local florist near the recipient's home in San Diego. What a great find! Although it was not required, the arrangement looked very much like the image for Rainbow Garden (chose Deluxe version) and was incredibly well-received by the recovering patient! She had to hold the vase with two hands, it was so robust! Delivery was made in the same day as promised and an email arrived in my inbox to inform me. Thank you!
