I was a little nervous as I ordered these flowers to be delivered one day prior to when I wanted them. Despite my lack of planning, the flowers arrived on time and early in the day. The flowers themselves were extremely beautiful and packaged carefully. I left a note to leave the flowers on the outside stairs as nobody would be home to receive them. Due to the careful packaging the flowers stayed fresh and healthy despite the cold. I am very satisfied with my experience and would highly recommend these flowers to anybody.

As a former shop owner and designer, I know the most bang for the buck is a vased arrangement and this one was very pretty, if lacking on composition. There were several "onesies" and the one hydrangea was buried. Got my money's worth, but would have liked more space and definition.

Very unhappy with the corsage ordered and paid for online.....At pick up, her father was charged again and he paid in cash not knowing that it was already paid for. The corsage did not have black ribbon as shown. More importantly, the corsage fell apart during photos before the prom and she was left with nothing to wear on her wrist. Odd how every other girl's flowers held up. Complete dissatisfaction with this order. Disgraceful!!

I called the morning after I placed my order wanting to delay the time of delivery and the lady on the phone was very polite and accommodating. She also let me know that due to the high temp they wouldn’t be leaving the plant at the door (per my request if nobody was home)

Awesome job with my flower delivery on January 30. Placed an order in the morning and my friend received her beautiful display in the early afternoon. The flowers received were not as close to the order as I would have liked. The basket was not moss at all; just a regular, much less elegant basket. They were also delivered on a different day than I ordered. The recipient was happy but I was very disappointed by the photo she shared.

The flowers that were at the funeral home were quite a bit different from the basket shown here. They were, however, beautiful. The fact that Evans did all of the funeral flowers & had to deliver them to Conway Chill-Brodeur & then charge me a $15 delivery charge I thought was a bit much as you were already going there with all those other arrangements.

Hi Roberta, Thank you for the 4 star review you gave us. I wanted to address your delivery charge comment. We receive sympathy orders all day long,usually one at a time. Sometimes they come in a day ahead but most of our orders come to us for same day delivery. To help the funeral directors, we deliver each as they are designed so that we do not overwhelm the directors. That is why each order is charged a separate delivery charge. If you placed two or more orders going to the same location, then we would only have a single charge.

A little disappointed. The arrangement I ordered for my bosses birthday didn't quite look as nice as in the picture or what I was imagining. The ribbon didn't have the same pattern and the vase was a lot darker. Also, the delivery charge seemed a little pricey.

As always, Evans has done it again. They made a beautiful sympathy arrangement with the Regular Dish Garden for my friend. She emailed me with a photo of the dish and it looked amazing. I like to send this plant arrangement because it is a house plant that my friends can keep alive for longer than a flower arrangement. I think this is the 6th Regular Dish Garden I have sent for a sympathy arrangement. I also like the Peace Lily that is featured in the center of the dish. A Peace Lily is a perfect statement for sad and difficult life situation. Two years ago, I gave this same arrangement to another friend who's loved one past away, since then she has re-potted her plant a few times as it has grown. Now it is a magnificent floor plant on a plant stand in her sun room. Next to the floor plant is a framed 4x5 photo of her loved one on a side table that I gave the plant in memory of. Delivery was at 9:00 am I said 12:00. Arrangement was very tight , compact , closed as if just out of a tube. Quality of roses and lilies is superb. Still looking for the rest of the very few greens that should be flowing from bottom. The hydrangea stems were not prepared well enough. The flowers only lasted a day . Actually until the plants got to room temp. Website picture shows 4 lilies and at least 13 roses. I got 3 lilies and 12 stems with 11 roses. NOT what I would say was worth the money. You have serviced my families and businesses for as far back as I can remember. You are capable of better than this. This was my first time on-line order so now you know my name. I have to place a floral order with someone on Monday, I would like to give it to you. Would some one please call me Monday morning around 9. I am not a socialmedia basher. This should good business practice between you and me.

The flower arrangement was lovely and it had been placed on the podium where the guest book was so everyone could see it upon entering the funeral parlor. I thought for the price, including delivery and tax, there could have been more flowers. The prices on flower arrangements is outrageous everywhere, sadly. I ordered flowers for my aunts bday, one of the flowers on the picture was missing all together and the roses wore all opened and died within 2 days. I called on sat July 9th (Same day as delivery) to express my satisfaction and spoke to sam at bloomnatiin, he asked me to send him an email with a photo of the flowers that wore delivered and I did, he said he would not be able to do anything until Monday, I never heard back from him, I sent him another email during the week as well as the person who originally told me that the ordered was delivered, Sufice to say tomorow wil be 1 week and I never heard back from anyone, I am very disatisfied with my purchase and will never use or refer this company to anyone, poor customer service, I spent $81 for flowers that only lasted a couple of days..

Very easy ordering experience via the website...very fast delivery which was great! I placed my order at about 2:00 PM and the flowers were delivered by 3:30 PM. I paid for the "premium upgrade" but I have to say I'm a little underwhelmed. The pink roses look a little tired with browning petals and the pink color is pretty washed out...I would say "barely pink" is an apt description. I'm not entirely dissatisfied but I'm not entirely satisfied either.

Such a lovely basket to order for a loved one. "A Full Life" was the perfect name. The look of it was rich in color and the ivy symbolized affection. Ivy grows on and on such as the affection of a loved one who has passed on. I got the deluxe basket as it was from a few families. It looked beautiful on a table with some sentimental pictures.
