Hi, the flowers were delivered and they were as beautiful as the online picture - however, I added specific/special instructions to NOT include lilies in the arrangement - to replace them with any other flower, and that did not happen - so, that was disappointing.

The delivery was made according to the requirement.
A little disappointed. The sympathy flower arrangement had much less roses, no ribbon and the card was written sloppily with an arrow to indicate the continuation of the message. The message should have been planned to fit in the space available or use a bigger card.
Usually the message is written on ribbons for sympathy arrangement.

Delivered to the front door. However, no one inside heard a bell or a knock. Flowers were found after my call, so close to the screen door that you could not open the door so they had to go out the back and around to get the flowers at about 7 pm. Additionally no effort was made to call their number. Flowers were beautiful but I would not use them or recommend them.

The flowers I got did not match the online picture. I had ordered way in advance so I had them by the time I needed them. When the day came to pick them up, the staff had no idea of my order. I showed them my order number and they gave me the vibe that they didn't even start on my order. After that got sorted they asked when did I want them by. I said whenever they could, they said to come back in a hour. So I come back in an hour and when they gave me the flowers it looked like it was rushed, it didn't look too bad but it was definitely not look like the picture and I don't think I will be ordering from here again.The staff was nice at least.

This florist is BS. I ordered flowers on the 13th of February. They were delivered in Valentine’s Day but at 8 PM. In addition to that, the order I paid for was not delivered. I paid for an upgrade to the $66 dozen of roses. They sent the $66 roses and I asked for a refund for the addition money and haven’t heard a word from them. I will never use their services again and if this message is posted I would suggest that you don’t either!!!

Very disappointed with my order. I ordered the arrangement pictured above. I ordered the medium size ( $10 more expensive) because I really wanted something slightly bigger. What was delivered looked NOTHING like the picture. I FULLY UNDERSTAND that the sight states that if the exact flowers pictured are not available, there may be substitutions. However, the picture shows at least 4 different types of flowers including orchids. What was delivered was white daisies with bright pink roses. So disappointed and truly, embarrassed with my sweet friend that is going through a very difficult time. Not ordering there ever again.

Beautiful bouquet of flowers!! The New Mom was delighted with their beauty and the arrangement, and it was wonderful to know they were delivered on time to the correct address!!

The handwritten note should have been typewritten or pre-printed. The note was written sloppy with misspellings and spelled my name wrong as the giver, so it quashed the excitement of the moment.

Please keep that in mind for future flower deliveries, but keep up the good work spreading joy with beautiful flower arrangements!!

Ok . . I ONLY have had positive, beautiful, professional experiences with Estrella's!! I've left multiple reviews and they're only GREAT. This week I had an emergency. I was in Mexico and suddenly had to send the beautiful Toledo arrangement to a dear friend whose son had died tragically and unexpectedly. I emailed them the night before for the 11.00am service & they were able to deliver to Green Hills in time.

Awful. I never write reviews but I felt compelled to write one because I am so disappointed. The flowers looked nothing like the photo and I even paid extra to have a deluxe version. There were no white roses and only three small yellow roses. The lilies are not even open. If they didn't have the flowers available then they should have given me the option to change. This is for a friend who lost her father, so I wanted them to be special.

I'd give you a "B+" for the flowers that were delivered. Unlike the photo, the arrangement was predominately white flowers, with yellow accents. Not what I expected, because the photo showed what appeared to be 70/30 yellow to white ratio. What she got was more like 30/70 yellow to white. She sent me a photo, so I was able to see what was delivered. But, you did get them delivered before end of day yesterday. And, it was a "last minute" order, after all. I ordered them on your website from Massachusetts at close to 5PM Eastern time. So, thank you for that. My friend was thrilled. And, I always want to support local florists when I order flowers for my friends in different parts of the country. As opposed to going to FTD online and getting someone in Las Vegas fielding the order!
