Our subscriptions allow you to select a delivery frequency that best suits your needs - either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.
How often will I be billed?
You will be billed 5 days before the delivery schedule you select (either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). This is to ensure your florist will have adequate time to prepare your order.
How do I make changes to my subscription plan?
You can call the florist any time before the scheduled delivery or pickup date to make changes to your subscription plan and orders.
Can I pause my subscription plan?
Yes, you can! contact us at (239) 495-5643, let us know the next best delivery date and we’ll pause your subscription.
How do I cancel my subscription plan?
We’d be happy to take care of that for you! Please contact us at (239) 495-5643 and we’ll cancel your subscription right away.

|Also, I received flowers and the delivery person didn’t even ring the bell but put them on the ground and left them. I just happened to find them sitting outside the door.

I will talk with our couriers to ensure they are knocking/ringing the bell first. That is their instructions prior to leaving a bouquet, and I will reiterate this to them. In regard to the 4pm delivery, I'm really sorry we couldn't prioritize same-day orders because we had an already scheduled Wedding order to prepare before we could work on our incoming same-day orders. It was also the day after Valentine's Day, so we were trying our best to meet everyone's needs. Thank you, again, for your kindness, and I just wanted to give you my honest explanation of the situation. We did add a lot of extra blooms for you to thank you. We will work to get your next order out earlier! Be well until we talk again.

I was quite engaged in our conversation and I usually let a customer know there is an $18 delivery fee anywhere in our service area at the time they are choosing the bouquet design. I'm so sorry that during our conversation I missed that step initially.
Nationwide, it's customary for florists & floral websites to charge for delivery not included in the cost of the bouquet of flowers, unless the company is running a free delivery promotion. We pay a fee for a courier service, but for pickups, there is no cost. Our website reflects the delivery cost at checkout, separate from the cost of the flower bouquet.

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the
following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field
during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences.
Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in
advance.
