Our subscriptions allow you to select a delivery frequency that best suits your needs - either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.
How often will I be billed?
You will be billed 5 days before the delivery schedule you select (either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). This is to ensure your florist will have adequate time to prepare your order.
How do I make changes to my subscription plan?
You can call the florist any time before the scheduled delivery or pickup date to make changes to your subscription plan and orders.
Can I pause my subscription plan?
Yes, you can! contact us at (201) 496-6554, let us know the next best delivery date and we’ll pause your subscription.
How do I cancel my subscription plan?
We’d be happy to take care of that for you! Please contact us at (201) 496-6554 and we’ll cancel your subscription right away.

First of all the flowers never showed up until about an hour after the wake started...if we had not called to see where they were not sure if they would have shown up at all...Secondly for $150 that was a very small bouquet in a glass vase...was that even ment for the funeral home or something you threw together at the last minute.

I've ordered from Esme 3-4 times and every one of those times, the flowers were amazing and lasted longer than a week. This was the first time getting my younger brother flowers. They were beautiful they day they arrived on Tuesday. By Friday, the sunflowers were moldy. The stems on most of the flowers are moldy and they smell horrible. I've changed the water and thrown the moldy ones away. But at the price I paid, there's no reason for them to be rotting so quickly.

I purchased this arrangement (very expensive) and was sent one that had all of the elements (white orchids on top and colored lower orchids but was so slapped together so unprofessionally that the there was a “V†space in the center of the pot - definitely not worth the cost. Think of a flower arrangement that only had flowers on the outside with nothing in the center. Don’t understand how a flower shop has photos of arrangelments that are so different from the photo - false marketing!

My daughter’s wedding bouquet was MAGNIFICENT! We couldn’t have been happier. The designer worked from a couple of pictures my daughter provided of what would make her happy, and was able to pivot quickly when she changed her mind two weeks before the big day. The florist was very patient and helpful in working through my idea for a tall vase with long stemmed flowers. The arrangement was delivered when promised and it was spectacular. It was a sympathy arrangement and was supposed to be tasteful, delicate, refined, as what they offered …. Instead my friend received a cheap looking arrangement w generic flowers in odd colors…
Unfortunately, Will Not order again from this place. EVER. I don’t mind spending the money for something beautiful/ and I did/ .. But for what i got I feel ripped off. I wish i could have my money back and return the arrangement.

I found out about this boutique via Yelp after looking for a lavender themed bouquet for mother's day. When the day came for pickup, not only did they send me a text to confirm that my order was ready at any time, but I was absolutely blown away by the quality and size of the arrangement - the deluxe was MASSIVE and the custom wrapping was the prettiest I've ever seen, not the mention they smelled SO good. My mom loved it, and so did I!!! The sellers were so nice, too, I can't recommend this place enough.

I NEVER write reviews but I had to...They attempted to deliver twice on the day it was supposed to be delivered because my flower recipient was not at home when they attempted to deliver it. The delivery person did not leave the flower outside because what I ordered was a fragile orchid. They came again bright and early the next day and was successfully able to deliver. The person who also answered the phone with me showed patience and compassion when I was confused why it was not delivered the day I had chosen. The misunderstanding was resolved and I am a happy customer. I will be back to always order my loved ones flowers from Esme. In addition to their care and excellent customer service, their flowers and arrangements are beautiful and carefully done. My flower recipient was so touched! Couldn't have asked for a better birthday surprise.

Hi there: I think I've written one other review in my entire life, but this definitely deserves one. I cannot stress enough how Marisol's customer service and the bouquet she and Esme Flowers created so entirely exceeded my expectations. I wanted something beautiful and sophisticated for my brother and sister in law, who are both those things and picked out a few examples from the shop's website, but asked Marisol that they create something they love in the same spirit. The bouquet they created was exactly that. Stunning!!! But beyond that, I was phoning in from California, thinking they were a florist in Jackson Hight, but were in New Jersey. Instead of sending me on my way Marisol said she'd be happy to take the order and communicate it to a florist she liked and trusted closer to my brother. In the end, Marisol and team ended up making it in house and delivering it, the same day. Additionally, when the delivery person couldn't reach my brother Marisol reached out to me and I was able to connect them. Incredible customer service! My brother and sister in law were so touched and thought the flowers were absolutely gorgeous! I wish I could leave a picture. I was very disappointed with the 13 roses that I ordered. I specifically asked if they were fresh and was told they were. They came clearly not fresh I don’t expect them to last for more than a couple of days. several had petals that were already damaged. I called for a same-day delivery on a Saturday and they were extremely accommodating. The flowers are gorgeous and totally worth the price! My parents love them. The only reason I held back one star is because I was pretty specific about the colors that I wanted in the bouquet and an additional color was added in that I did not request. It's a little tough because with designers choice you do leave it up to them although I was careful to mention that I only wanted four colors. Having said that, the flowers that they added that were a color I did not ask for were of course gorgeous as well :-). I will definitely be using this florist again and look forward to their next bouquet!

The website was the most intuitive one I had found in the area and I liked the fact that you could add in a tip for the driver. I would give this shop a 1000% from start to end. appreciated the honesty on limited flowers during Mother’s Day in quarantine. Other shops had no interest in helping me.

If I could give 10 stars I would. I was super happy with the service! The flowers looked amazing, the costumer service, shipping and handling, just everything overall was amazing.

I ordered on Mother’s Day 2020 for the first time in this place and will be the last. The flowers were not fresh after I paid close to $100 , my wife literally kept them up for three days because all the flowers were dying. This was a waste and if you cannot offer something fresh then don’t sell them at all. So disappointed, this place is a rip off.

The flowers were gorgeous!! The did forget the baloon that I had purchased with my order but luckily the flowers were perfect. My mom is staying in NJ for 2 weeks for medical treatment and it was so wonderful having the option to have flowers delivered to her on mother's day.

The flowers were beautiful, but they were not the ones we ordered. We ordered an orchid arrangement with burgundy lips, but what we received was a plain white arrangement. Like I said, the plain flowers we got are beautiful, but I wish we were communicated on such a change and/or perhaps an error.
