Your staff has been very accommodating and friendly every time I have been to your shop. Our friends in Southern California have accepted our recommendation and now order flowers from you. This Easter, I saw your display of this beautiful orchid arrangement, and I ordered it for my wife. It arrived intact and as beautiful as the picture. It lasted one day. The flowers wilted and died the next morning. Disappointing.

I have ordered arrangements from Enchanted several times. They have always been beautiful and lasted. Unfortunately, this arrangement started wilting within hours of delivery. Why am I still giving 5 stars? Because, after a very pleasant conversation with Lance, my wife had a replacement within a hour. The care taken on the replacement was apparent and incredibly beautiful. I find that many establishments have forgotten what customer care is. Enchanted has not! I ordered this arrangement online (from out of state), then contacted the store to confirm it was possible for same day delivery and the very nice man who I spoke with stated yes, he would actually be making the arrangement and it could be delivered soon. The recipient was a sweet, 22 year old who I used to work with and her mother had just died suddenly. She sent me a photo of the beautiful flowers and was very grateful for them. I ordered the Midnight Harvest arrangement to be delivered to a friend who is at home recovering from hip surgery. It was nice and very pretty. The recipients thought it was beautiful. But unlike the website photo there was a great deal of greenery. I ordered the premium and from the photos I saw it didn't really look like a $140 (including tax and delivery) bouquet. It was truly lovely, but there was no wow factor. and if you had to guess the money spent, it would be $100-$125.

I ordered this bouquet for my mother in-law. From the time I hit submit on the computer to the delivery it was a total of 15 minutes. Kind of amazing at how fast they were, but it looked haphazardly thrown together. I was really disappointed in the colors and flowers. It was not a autumn colored bouquet like the picture shows. It was red like Christmas, and mostly full of carnations, which I associate with funerals. I love giving and receiving flowers, but this one didn’t hit the mark.

Enchanted Florist is my favorite florist in the San Ramon/Danville area! I have only ever ordered from them online for same-day delivery, but the folks here are SO on top of things. The flowers are exactly like they are pictured. If sending to a friend, you may never know if what they receive actually looks like the picture, but I can assure you that they do. They arrive so quickly, too - I don't know how they do it. The flowers are fresh and last for weeks, not days. I have ordered from a bunch of different florists over the years, but these are the best!

I ordered the "How Sweet it is" bouquet....liking the flowers and colors that showed (pinks, oranges, greens, etc.) The bouquet that came didn't look anything close to the one I chose....(I fully understand that there can be substitutions made to use flowers similar, etc. but honestly, this one was pretty far off.... other than the orange roses....which were lovely) The rest of the flowers were ok, just not what I expected from my order choice. There were others advertised that actually looked very close to what I got, so not sure how things got lost in the translation. My client loved what she got, which is the main point, and she sent me a pic of them. They were very nice/pretty....so as long as she was pleased, that's what matters at the end of the day. In the future, if you could reach out and warn the sender that what they order isn't avail, that would be helpful.

Felt horrible that my mom received already dying flowers. I paid $100 for it too. They could have called and replaced it with something else. Within a couple hours I had confirmation that the flowers had been delivered and they followed my “delivery note” in case she wasn’t home. First time ordering here and would definitely recommend! My mom sent a picture of the bouquet and it was gorgeous- almost exactly like the picture! They have SO many options too which I loved since my mom has horrible allergies and she can’t be around certain flowers- so I was able to find an (almost 100%) “hypoallergenic” bouquet that was still big, beautiful and didn’t break the bank or require special changes.

When I placed my order, I chose a custom bouquet, and asked that include a peace lilly specifically, and other greenery such as a house plant, and some flowers. When the bouquet was delivered, although pretty, it was an entire bouquet of flowers. My intention in ordering more green plants, was to have a more long-lasting arrangement.
I also note that I place another order the same day, requesting a similar "custom" arrangement with a peace lilly. My other recipient was delivered the exact same bouquet of flowers as thre other order. Just flowers.
I hesitated sending a not so positive review, but was a bit disappointed in not receiving what I had ordered.

Such a wonderful bouquet! I had initially ordered yellow tulips. The wonderful customer service showed right from the get-go. The shop called me to let me know that there were no yellow tulips left & were happy to offer me another color. They described the vivid colors of the tulips they had & I ended up going with the watermelon pink shade that they had. I asked if they could be delivered earlier in the day & they didn’t disappoint. Ordering was easy but no notification that the order was received until I called.
I was disappointed in the arrangement it was flatter than the picture and only lasted two days before it started wilting and we watered! This was the table centerpiece so expected it to last a few more days than it did. Lots of money for very few flowers.

The staff is friendly and they were ok with time delivery (since I didn’t have expectations for a specific time) but the flower arrangement that I had ordered for my sister was not as pictured. It stated that arrangement would be sent at pictured and it didn’t look like the price that I paid for it! The roses were different colors and the pink flowers weren’t even pink or the ones pictured. I appreciate the effort but I wanted what I paid for. Not sure if I’d order again- maybe if I went in person and not online so I can actually see the bouquet and make sure I’m getting my moneys worth.

I have used this florist several times. While we have always received beautiful arrangements and on time delivery, they usually have to substitute some of the flowers. The light pink tulips turned into hot pink roses, which were actually much more beautiful than the tulips.

Can I give negative stars?? This was absolutely the worst experience I have ever had with a florist. I ordered a very expensive, over $300.00, 2 dozen red roses for my wife for Valentines Day. I even ordered them 5 days early to make sure she received the very best. What she received was 12 terrible looking roses nothing like I had ordered and paid for. The worst part is that after she received them, of course late, (I called and called with no answer to this shop to make sure they were being delivered until they final showed up). I called again to let them know this was not what I had ordered and there was no answer and I sent two emails with photos. No response ever. My wife, on Valentines Day mind you, went to the shop and they tried to give her some other assembly of flowers (which still wasn't what I ordered) telling her they delivered the wrong flowers to her. My wife left the original flowers that were delivered and didn't take what they offered her. They told her they would cal me on 2/15 to refund my money but as of this writing I still have heard from anyone from enchanted florists. The only saving grace here is that I went to another flower shop to get my wife roses and they were so sorry for my experience that they gave me a beautiful bouquet of 2 dozen roses as quickly as they could.

I read great reviews, so went with Enchanted Florists and Gifts, but was generally disappointed. I did the 2X premium upgrade, so I paid $105 BEFORE delivery and tax, so was expecting a pretty large bouquet. Although the flower quality was good, it was quite small; significantly smaller than the in-vase bouquet you get at Costco for $50 (which is at least the same quality flowers). Also, I placed my online order at 7:30am, and the delivery just barely got to the recipient before they left the building at 5:30pm. Some guidance on delivery windows would have been helpful. I will not order flowers from here again.

Ordered all purple tulips on line. With in minutes of placing order I got a phone call instructing me tulips are out of season. Me knowing nothing about flowers I didn’t know that when I placed the order. The women on the phone was super apologetic and I told her I totally understand the issue. I asked her to use her best judgment and to just use an assortment of different purple flowers. My girl friend sent me a picture after receiving them and not only did she love them but I was very very impressed with the best judgment I trusted in the women I talked to on the phone.
