The flowers were not terrible but there was obvious wilting taking place on the edges and the bouquet didn't come with the ribbon as shown in my order. I wouldn't be so harsh on a flower order but I spent over $100 total and I don't feel I received my money's worth or the quality that was expected. The bouquet was just, okay.

Poor communication regarding delivery timing. Arrangement was not what I would consider “fresh” and barely resembled the site image. Not worth the $160 charged. I understand Valentine’s Day is a busy day, but it’s literally the Super Bowl for flower shops and y’all looked like this year’s Chiefs.

The flowers were exactly what I ordered. My issue is with the delivery, I ordered my 10 year old daughter flowers and a teddy bear to be delivered to her school. 2 reasons for that. 1. tell her happy valentines day and I love her. 2. Embarrass her in front of the entire class. Most people know or should know that school is out and kids are gone by 3. So when I get a call from the school at 3:15 that her flowers and teddy bear were just delivered and I had 15 minutes to go pick it all up or wait till Monday. Needless to say, I was not happy. Had I known I was delivering them myself, I would have gone to Sams and purchased 10 times the amount of flowers for the same price. Which is why they got 3 stars (could be better). I understand its their busiest day of the year, but tell me "we cannot get these delivered before 3" and I would have gone a different route.

Another driver took the arrangement back out on their route not realizing the problem. However, when they got to the school at 3 the office workers did allow that driver to leave the arrangement at that time. We always strive for excellence and are sorry you did not receive that.

Site indicated the standard option was pictured which looks very full and with a solid selection of blooms, but I’m guessing substitutions had to be made because what arrived was less appealing than as pictured. As a result of the experience, if I were to purchase from this florist again, I would do so in person. I liked how their website was organized and it was very easy to place an order, but would need to be in store to ensure the look of the arrangement.

Unfortunately Enchanted Designs did not deliver a quality arrangement. Flowers were vastly different and some wilted in comparison to the arrangement pictured and ordered. While I completely understand flowers might be substituted when flowers are not available this arrangement was not the quality flowers and/or colors I paid for. $100 arrangement I’m embarrassed to have sent….They should have reached out to ask if I’d like to pick a different arrangement.

The arrangement was beautiful in color and more than ample in the floral arrangement, yet simple enough to be on the bedside tray. She was definitely delighted. My husband has used this florist several times to send me flowers and they have always been beautiful, so I wanted to specifically use them for flowers to send for my former boss’ funeral. I choose a custom design through an online order with notes asking for a red and white bouquet stating he was a huge Razorback fan. When we got to the funeral home for the visitation last night, I was very disappointed to find white flowers in a blue vase. No red. I’m giving the 3 stars because it was delivered on time.

Service was excellent. I had a confusion about a delivery date, and staff was very helpful, quick, and friendly. However, the arrangement itself has several flowers with very short stems, making it difficult to keep the water high enough to reach them and, as a result, the daisies, which are typically very long lasting, are already starting to wilt.

I hate giving bad reviews but I feel like, for the price, the arrangements delivered are VERY thinned down compared to images. I can almost count the stems. Maybe a dozen. No filler flowers, etc. I realize nothing is ever exact but, difference seems pretty obvious.

I was very disappointed in the transaction for many reasons. 1. When I was picking out the flowers on the website the price was $28. Then when I added to the cart it became $36. I thought maybe it was tax or delivery fee but it was not as those were additional to that. 2. I asked for the delivery to be before noon. I know you can’t guarantee that but I did make the order the day before. I also gave a tip as I thought that would give incentive to deliver as requested. They were not delivered until after 3:00 and the school was a zoo with parent pickups and thus the flowers were not appreciated on the first day of school that my daughter was teaching. Which was the purpose of sending the flowers! 3. The flowers delivered look nothing like what I picked out and much cheaper flowers were used. As you can see in the picture above there are several roses in the bouquet and there were none in the arrangement that was delivered. So overall extremely disappointing experience!

She tried to contact the shop and no one responded. For such an expensive purchase even if it was busy it’s very disappointing.

Delivery was excellent. A little disappointed as you can choose 2 additional options that allow for more flowers or more flowers of the best selection to enhance the bouquet. Add an addition $10+ each. I chose the first assuming that the bouquet would be even more prominent fuller than the picture as the picture is the standard arrangement. I feel I paid more money and still didn't get what was advertised as the basic. Much smaller than the picture as well. Flowers are of good quality and flowers are fresh. My wife likes them but I wish they were as advertised. With local delivery I paid $97.41. Nothing is better than having flowers delivered to where your wife works and she enjoyed them. Just doesn't seem like the product justifies the price as the arrangement was not as full as the standard even after paying for a premium upgrade. There is no way to upload a picture to show the difference in what was recieved versus the advertised picture.

When I placed this order, the shop called to let me know that they didn’t have the carnations available shown in the photo but they offered to still put something festive together. What they sent to my best friend was above and beyond what I could have hoped for! They took the time to make the most beautiful Christmas themed bouquet that my best friend absolutely adored! Unfortunately the person I sent the flowers to was out of town. The delivery was left at the front door!!! I believe it is still sitting there. I would think the delivery person would take the flowers to a neighbor and not let them sit in the sun. I have never had that happen before!!!!

My order was not delivered with all the items I paid for and I would have not known if I had not been at the delivery site. I called and spoke to someone and asked for a refund for my left out item- I was offered to pick up my refund or get a discount for my next purchase. I requested my refund and got asked to go pick it up out of my way. I asked to give her delivery driver a call and see if they could just deliver the rest of my order and to give me a call back with a response. No call was made back to me nor my refund. I called them and they were closed. Definitely upset that I paid for something and did not get what the accessory I paid for. Especially upset at the customer service. It inconvenience me but it seemed to be more of an inconvenience for them to finish the order. Will not be ordering there any more and will not be recommending.

The hydrangeas were left white and the few that were dyed were a light blue color. Flowers are pretty but didn't look like picture very much and the cost was a lot for them to not be perfect. I would have been more satisfied with the bouquet made had I paid less. Delivery time was excellent!

Birthday girl loved it...but...I wanted to be blown away by the bouquet I chose for my daughter’s birthday, ‘This Magic Moment,’ a gorgeous arrangement of at least 4 varying colors of pale roses. I was disappointed when she sent me a photo of the arrangement she actually received. There were less than half of the roses there should have been, replaced with some other flowers and bright greenery that wasn’t shown in the stock photo. The color scheme did not, in my opinion, match the color scheme I had picked (the main reason I picked ‘This Magic Moment’). I realize it wasn’t going to be an exact replication of the stock photo, but it didn’t even come close.

Flowers were not delivered as directed. Florist agreed to not charge my credit card, but still offered to deliver to a different location if that would be convenient. The flowers received were just "eh". The roses in it were nice, but none of the other flowers were the same and it was smaller than what I thought I was sending. Before the delivery fee and tax, the arrangement was $50. If I walked in to the store and saw the arrangement in person marked at $50 I would have walked away.

My husband's 95 year-old grandmother fell and broke her hip, requiring surgery. We live out of town and was looking for a reliable florist to deliver a vase of fresh flowers to the hospital to brighten her day. I was able to quickly order the bouquet for her online (Enchanted Designs came very highly rated on Yelp) & followed that up with a phone call to make sure they received the order. I spoke to Carla, who was very kind and assured me they would get a beautiful bouquet made for us & would get it delivered that afternoon; she even said they fill the vases a little more full when they're delivering to someone in the hospital, knowing that flowers will brighten their day. Within a few hours, I received an e-mail confirmation that the flowers had been delivered, and consequently started receiving photo texts from family members who were there when the flowers arrived -- honestly, the most gorgeous bouquet we could have asked for.

Six minutes before closing, I tried calling and went to voice mail, I hung up. Then decided to go ahead and leave a message. I called right back and was told no voice message is set up. I was very unhappy with the order. There were about 6 single roses in the whole bouquet. They were not in bunches like the picture. I selected this because of the arrangement of roses. Very disappointed. Couldn't get through to discuss it. I'm from out of state and it was like they knew my number and refused to answer. A few days later when the funeral was planned, I told my whole family down there not use this store. Sadly, when you're out of state and trusted the store to fill the order exactly as pictured and this didn't happened, makes it hard to trust any online ordering.

I wouldn’t know if I liked the flowers because they were never delivered. There was someone at the house until at least 5:00 pm. I called about 4 when I got home from work to check on the order and was told they still had trucks out so I thought ok no big deal. I have worked for a florist before and I know how crazy Mother’s Day is. We finally had to leave to go to dinner and some errands but we left a note on the door asking them to leave the delivery came home about 8:30 or 9:00 pm and still no flowers. It really upsets me that the flowers were not delivered in time for Mother’s Day.

He called me and let me know he could not deliver and agreed to take the plant to the funeral home on the day of visitation the following week. I found this arrangement online but I'm aware how flower shops can be out of certain flowers due to season or stock so I called to just make sure they had the actual smiley face case..they did. Then they told me without having to ask that they were in fact out of the daisies but they can replace with Carnations or something of same value as the daises I told them to just add some pop of color here and there and it should be fine. I called that morning and by that afternoon my friend who just got divorced after 20 years received this gift at her work and it brought her to tears. The florist did an amazing job, she went above my expectations knowing they didn't have the daisies. The smiley face vase and beautiful flowers put a huge smile on my friends face.
