I sent my friend flowers for her birthday and while they are beautiful, I was disappointed that there wasn’t a single sunflower in the arrangement. It was a designer’s choice with special instructions that sunflowers are the recipients favorite and to please include them centrally.

A friend in Ellensburg gave us the name of this "best florist in Ellensburg." She was right. The bouquet that was delivered right away to the Ellensburg hospital was even nicer than the online photo that shows here. The one that was delivered had at least 4 roses and a nice bow, too. I would highly recommend them.

The florist called to discuss my purchase, as it was an unusual request. She figured out a way to make it as close as possible to what I was looking for, even though some of the plants I hoped for are just not available to the market. I wanted flowers (and plants)based on the Victorian era language of flowers, and it turns out that in the Victorian era, a number of flowers and plants were used which are not used now.

I would like to suggest an option during checkout to buy the bouquet without a vase. I meant to request no vase but forgot while placing the order. The bouquet was delivered on the selected day and included some nice flowers but it also included carnations which I requested not be included and it just in general seemed rather small for a total cost including tax and delivery of nearly $100. Perhaps if there could be a feature to ask if folks would prefer either a vase or more flowers, that would be helpful.

Flowers are beautiful!! I was a bit surprised when they showed up at my daughters work instead of her home which is the delivery address I provided. I never listed her place of work, so was confused. Was asked if I wanted a box I said no and then was questioned for it "but you're in a car..." Felt strange to be given an option where there was a "wrong" answer. The flowers picked out and upgraded look nothing like the ones that were actually sent. The ones that you sent photo of when delivered looked a little hodgepodge nothing like professional photo shown when ordered. Although the flowers individually were beautiful the arrangement seemed a little off.
