Britten Tedford
I’ve been in the floral industry for over 10 years, starting with floral design in high school. Over the years, I’ve gained experience in all aspects of the industry, including wholesale, and weddings & events. I take great pride in the quality of flowers I use, ensuring each arrangement is as beautiful as it is meaningful. Outside of work, I enjoy traveling, spending time with my animals, and riding motorcycles!

How will I receive a new bouquet?
Our subscriptions allow you to select a delivery frequency that best suits your needs - either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.
How often will I be billed?
You will be billed 5 days before the delivery schedule you select (either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). This is to ensure your florist will have adequate time to prepare your order.
How do I make changes to my subscription plan?
You can call the florist any time before the scheduled delivery or pickup date to make changes to your subscription plan and orders.
Can I pause my subscription plan?
Yes, you can! contact us at (512) 285-7536, let us know the next best delivery date and we’ll pause your subscription.
How do I cancel my subscription plan?
We’d be happy to take care of that for you! Please contact us at (512) 285-7536 and we’ll cancel your subscription right away.

I am from out of town and on a short notice for a memorial for my brother-in-law who suddenly passed away Elgin Flower Shop came through for me. I called the night before the service asking them to call me the next morning. At 9:52 the next morning when they opened they called and I made arrangements for a plant to be delivered to the church for an 11 o’clock. They did a wonderful job and I so appreciate it. I was referred to this florist from my daughter’s friend who lives in Elgin. Ordering the flowers was easy. They contacted me after I sent an email because I left a name off my card. When they called I asked about adding a Mylar balloon because I couldn’t find a get well one on the site. She was so nice and told me which ones they had. I added it and then they called me to let me know that nobody answered the door and they were leaving them under their covered porch and took a picture. It turned out they were home but on a business call.
I am so impressed with their personal touch. I don’t think I ever had such a wonderful experience with any florist.

I appreciate the follow-up you folks shared of the delivery. Just wondered if the flowers are coming later on the stems. The picture originally showed something like pulpit flowers, but the garden bowl is lacking the flowers. Otherwise, a nice plant.

Elgin Flower Shop delivered a nice arrangement, "designer's choice," per my request. They arrived on time even though I gave them a tight schedule. They were pleasant to work with and they did everything as promised. I couldn't ask for more than that.

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the
following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field
during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences.
Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in
advance.

What happens if the recipient isn’t home?
If the recipient isn’t available, our driver will either leave the flowers in a safe spot or, if needed, arrange a re-delivery at a later time.
Do you deliver flowers to hospitals, offices, or event venues in Elgin?
