|Every time I purchase flowers here they never disappoint. I ordered early for Valentines this year and prepaid on-line with a specific pick up time and was in and out I under a minute avoiding the long lines that all flower shops have on valentines day.

Decided to deliver them anyway using Door Dash who.
Gave the WRONG address to Door Dash and driver had to contact me for the correct address. He STILL had difficulty finding a VERY easy to locate home due to ineptitude.
SUBSTITUTED flowers...... not a Sunflower in the bouquet.
Absolute pitiful & painful experience. Never again. Sorry for the poor review, but this isn't normal customer service at all.
