This floral shop is by far one of the BEST—if not the best shops I have ever come across. I put in an online order for a succulent arrangement for my mom’s birthday and of course wanted to add a little note on it. I assumed just like all other floral businesses, they would do their typed version of my personalized birthday greeting to my mom. The following day—the day I requested for my arrangement to be delivered, I received a text message informing me that they dropped off my arrangement AND on top of that, they were so kind to inform me that they had handwritten my personalized note for my mom on a larger card AND added a little birthday balloon. Gestures like this are so hard to come by nowadays. This is the definition of customer service—taking care of customers and anticipating their needs without even asking. Small gestures like this truly go a long way for me. It goes to show the care, love and appreciation they have for their clients. You guys are incredible. Thank you for creating such a beautiful arrangement for my mom that she absolutely adores and thank you for providing excellent service! The bouquet my mother received was beautiful! At first I was iffy about ordering flowers online due to a past experience with a different website where they sent flowers that looked absolutely nothing like the picture and instead looked worse than grocery store bouquets.
Vegas Family Flowers states that if they don’t have the exact flowers available, they will try their best in following the color theme and vibe- which is exactly what they did ☺️

The bouquet didn’t have any blue in it even though it was called Beautiful in Blue. However, the bouquet was a sympathy bouquet and there were white flowers in a black vase. The recipients said it was beautiful.

Frank was awesome!! I sent some flowers to my mom as a surprise, I was out of state. I asked that he call her to make sure she was home before delivery. He called to let me know that he could not reach her and he didnt want to leave the flowers outside, it was 105 deg. When I found out that she was home I called Frank back and he was off to the delivery! 5 stars all the way and I will be using them again....BTW my mom loved them, they were beautiful!

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist. Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
