I called this florist directly (I don’t live in the area) and ordered a gorgeous flower bouquet for my girlfriend’s birthday. It arrived on time, right to her door, and with my personal note perfectly written. She thanked me 4 times! They were so fragrant and so beautiful! A week later, she sent me a picture of same flowers to show me they were still looked beautiful!!
I was so happy with owner’s help on the phone, that I ordered again for another girlfriend's bridal shower. Again, she said bouquet was so beautiful!! Exquisite selection of roses & flowers with reasonable price!

I am so sorry that you had a negative experience that led you to leave a 1-star review for us.
There was definitely a miscommunication, as I informed you that the banner you requested costs extra money. Unfortunately, you told me that I never mentioned the extra cost and that you were under the impression that both the card and the banner are included. However, I never include a banner for free! So it would be surprising not to mention the extra cost with my customers.
I also sent you a final picture of the arrangement, but you told me that you did not have time to see the email due to being busy. In my experience, funeral homes never take off the card messages, so I am sorry that this happened to you.
As previously mentioned to you in person, customer satisfaction is our main goal here. Please feel free to reach out anytime to further discuss your concerns.

PHENOMENAL EXPERIENCE!! I'm a local firefighter and I called on a Friday for a last minute delivery for the upcoming SUNDAY morning (when theyre supposed to be closed). I called last minute because I was assigned a last minute shift for our wedding anniversary. I hung up the phone when I saw on the site that they'll be closed. However, a sweet lady called me back, asked what I needed, and was able to get a take care of my late request! Sure enough, on Sunday morning, a dozen beautiful red roses were delivered to my wife at our home right on time! I will DEFINITELY be using this flower studio again! Thank you!

Sadie, the shop owner got my order exactly correct as I ordered it . It was two orders being delivered to the “Grand Opening “ of my friend’s new restaurant in Ladera Ranch.
The order was kind of complicated but Sadie arranged both orders perfectly.
My friend liked the flower arrangement and Bag of Love basket so much he displayed them right up front at the host station.
I will be using Sadie again for purchasing flowers.

Amazing work! She went over and beyond to make our wreath beautiful and also very quickly. I called on a Sunday afternoon (which they are closed but she answered anyways) and she went and got fresh flowers Monday morning for us and had the wreath made and delivered by 10:30am the next day.
