There was definitely a miscommunication, as I informed you that the banner you requested costs extra money. Unfortunately, you told me that I never mentioned the extra cost and that you were under the impression that both the card and the banner are included. However, I never include a banner for free! So it would be surprising not to mention the extra cost with my customers.
I also sent you a final picture of the arrangement, but you told me that you did not have time to see the email due to being busy. In my experience, funeral homes never take off the card messages, so I am sorry that this happened to you.

PHENOMENAL EXPERIENCE!! I'm a local firefighter and I called on a Friday for a last minute delivery for the upcoming SUNDAY morning (when theyre supposed to be closed). I called last minute because I was assigned a last minute shift for our wedding anniversary. I hung up the phone when I saw on the site that they'll be closed. Amazing work! She went over and beyond to make our wreath beautiful and also very quickly. I called on a Sunday afternoon (which they are closed but she answered anyways) and she went and got fresh flowers Monday morning for us and had the wreath made and delivered by 10:30am the next day. Usually arrangements look nothing like the photo online and this is the first time it looked even better!

As always, the arrangement was outstanding and is still alive after over a week. My mother cried with joy upon receiving the bouquet, she absolutely loved it. Sadie was so open to my description of what I had hoped for my mom’s birthday bouquet and really created a beautiful piece that my mom loved. Excellent florist! Found them in Yelp! to deliver flowers to my best friend - her mother had just passed away. They delivered exactly as the bouquet appears on their website - if not more beautiful. My best friend was so moved by the beauty of the arrangement and said she had never received anything as beautiful. I sent white so she could think of her mother in Heaven - at peace and not in pain.

So many florists do not deliver what the websites advertise, but Elegant Flower Studio did an I am grateful.
