The arrangements from Elegant Arrangements are always artful and thoughtful. I prefer to contact florists directly through their website versus going through a wire or floral service and when I choose 'Designer's Choice,' I know Maureen will create the arrangement using the what works best for the situation. Watertown, WI is lucky to have such a talented florist in town!

Plans to celebrate friends' 35th Wedding Anniversary fell through at the last minute due to a dental emergency, so I wanted to send them a flower arrangement to let them know I was thinking about them. Elegant Arrangements was the right choice. I placed my order online that morning and was able to indicate changes to a standard offering to take it from monochromatic to colorfully elegant. Maureen followed up via voicemail, text and email and had the order delivered that afternoon to the delight of my friends. I would highly recommend Elegant Arrangements.

Sweet little bouquet. I had ordered a small bouquet online to send to my daughter in Watertown for Mother's Day. It arrived the same day ordered and the flowers were bright, colorful and fresh and beautifully arranged. I even received an email with a picture of the arrangement before it was delivered as well as updates when it was actually delivered all at a very reasonable cost. My daughter loved the flowers and I loved how easy it was to order them online.

I asked for a custom bouquet, a little bit moody, as was still the middle of Winter in Wisconsin. I was told that the inventory for such flowers was low , but they would do the best they could...so I reset my expectations. The end result far exceeded my expectations! I love that it was a little bit rustic, a tiny bit wild, with a pop of color! Thank you!

I really appreciated receiving the photo of the actual arrangement that was sent. Also, for once, when I ordered "premium" tier from an online service, the arrangement actually looked as good (in this case, better) than the stock photo of the premium example. Best experience of an online floral arrangement purchase I've had!

The actual arrangement was very different than the vibrant colors in the pictures one and there were no roses in the arrangement sent, disappointing. The substituted tulips were pretty but didn’t make up for the absolute lack of roses and fullness of the pictured arrangement.

We appreciate your comments. Unfortunately, there are times when some of the flowers listed may not be available, whether we are out of roses or the ones we have are not of good quality. In the description of the arrangement we stated that flowers may depend on the season. Your order was more pastel because we are still using spring flowers and will be transitioning to stronger colors in the coming weeks as more variety becomes available from our suppliers. I am sorry you were disappointed but I hope this explains the choices we made.
