About the Shop
Watertown Florist, Elegant Arrangements by Maureen, LLC is a now a studio based florist located in Watertown, Wisconsin serving Watertown and the surrounding area. We provide a variety of floral designs for all occasions and are happy to customize designs for our customers. (Our retail location has closed due to street construction so delivery only is offered as a service.)
Substitution Policy
In some instances, the florists’ photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated. Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you've selected, the local florist will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal or higher value.
Delivery Policy
Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist. Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone. Florists that offer same day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences. Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in advance.

The arrangements from Elegant Arrangements are always artful and thoughtful. I prefer to contact florists directly through their website versus going through a wire or floral service and when I choose 'Designer's Choice,' I know Maureen will create the arrangement using the what works best for the situation. After having another florist originally supposed to deliver flowers to an actual funeral service and not being able to fulfill their commitment to me I decided to give you guys a call and not only did you put together something for me but you got it out the same day and I'm very appreciative.
