Five minutes after placing my order I called to cancel. I was told it would be cancelled but there would still be a 10% service fee. While I wasn’t happy about it there wasn’t anything I could do. A temporary credit was issued to my card and then removed. I was charged and had 2 floral arrangements in my name sent to a funeral home (I had purchased another from a local Florist). Embarrassing, expensive and dishonest.

WOW OH WOW! Beautiful!!! And FULL! I'm very impressed. It was huge!! In fact this flower was only flower there. They used it as the center piece. I had to tell my friend that I had sent it, after overhearing confusion about why it was there and who had sent it. This flower was the ONLY floral arrangement in the church at the memorial. Such great service. I gave directions on how to reach the delivery location and there was no confusion. Usually deliverers are sometimes lost within the complex, but not this time! The flower arrangement is simply stunning. I wasn't home to receive the delivery, so I was worried they would have wilted by the time I left work. This wasn't the case! All the flowers were delicately placed and some of the roses weren't fully bloomed yet. I hope they last longer than a few days because of that. Definitely exceeded my expectations! Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the
following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
