Edgewood Flowers is a premier local florist in the Orlando, just south of Downtown, offering only the highest quality floral and gift items. Our motto is: "We will send your message with a personal touch"! We know flowers and are a all-female family company. Cindy, the mom of the family, is the talented floral designer behind the workbench that started arranging as a hobby. She loved flowers since she can remember and each arrangement is different because she always adds a personal touch to make it that much more special. Lily, the oldest daughter, is the hardworking shop manager that answers each call personally and handles every order that comes in. What she lacked in creativity, she made up with keen business sense that will grow Edgewood Flowers to the number one florist in Central Florida! Stacy, the youngest daughter, is the visionary behind the operation. She inspired the family to put their heart and soul into this shop to service the Orlando area with beautiful arrangements that will bring comfort and smiles. As a family, we can assist you in making just the right choice to express your thoughts through flowers or any of the other products that are offered. Whether the occasion is happy or sad, we know it's important to you that the appropriate gift be sent. Whether the gift is to be sent around the corner or around the world, we can get it done! Let's not also forget about their little "security guards": Bishop and JJay. They are all bark and no bite, acting as security as well as store mascot!

Not only did they deliver to my aunt’s front door within exactly the hour I had asked for, but they worked around so many of my mistakes — after I’d typed in the incorrect recipient name and wrong date online, they went in and changed it for me over the phone AND although I gave them the wrong apartment number, they called my aunt and got it to the right door. Whew! I did not make this one easy but this florist shop gave me such TLC and kind treatment! Thank you! You made my aunt’s day. Flowers were full and beautiful.

Excellent customer service and the order was handled accurately and quickly (next day delivery). They called me upon arrival at the delivery since no one answered and we discussed whether or not to leave the flowers at the door. I’m satisfied with the service. I live in another country and I wanted to surprise a friend for her birthday and I have to say Edgewood florist Orlando did delivered. I even called to ask if everything was in order and the nice lady on the phone told me yes she got eve try thing and the flower is ready to be picked up by the driver.
They told me delivery will be around 12:30 and 230 and they came a little before 2:30. My friend said they even went up to her suite floor and gave her the bouquet.

I ordered a just because bouquet For a friend in upstate Washington. I knew Edgewood flowers wasn’t going to deliver this personally but what I didn’t know is how much Lily and her crew care about doing everything just right! What can I say. 21st wedding anniversary here and I ordered the flowers in the morning for delivery. At about 4pm I phoned as I found Google said it was closed (day before Thanksgiving). A lovely lady answered and informed me they were on the delivery vehicle. Panic over...Arrived home to find a beautiful bouquet of flowers in a simple but elegant clear glass vase. The flowers were gorgeous, the arrangement was breathtaking. How the flowers remain in that position, stood up and out showing all their glory and sending their fragrance into the room. Stacy, who delivered the the flowers went above and beyond to get this done. It turned out the recipient - my ex-wife - had recently moved.
you. It was so recent that even her son who lives in Atlanta didn't know her new address.
I'm not sure how exactly Stacy did it but she soon obtained mt ex-wife's cell # and left a msg. Soon after Stacy msg'd me to let me know she'd obtained my ex's new location. She went there and made the delivery. Great piece of work! I just wish I'd have tipped her more. If that can be arranged - let me know. I will definitely

Wonderful service, really care! They understand the importance of that personal touch when providing a service. There was a delivery glitch that was totally my fault and they knew better than to leave it and contacted me to double check. This plant is not in bloom now and they offered to put in a few lilies and add a note to explain to the customer that it will bloom. Most florists would have just sent the plant with no explanation.

Edgewood Flowers made sure the arrangement being delivered was fresh and looked just like the picture I ordered. The follow through process from ordering on line and notifications of delivery were very nice so I knew when the delivery was received. When you order outside of your state your never sure how that florist will be but Edgewood Flowers was excellent. Thank you I will definitely use your services again in Florida while I live in Ohio.

The delivery experience was good but I’m pretty disappointed in the arrangement my mom received from me. I paid for premium to ensure a lovely bouquet but it was really sad looking. Edgewood was very prompt with their delivery. On the day I chose. They even called me to confirm whether I wanted the customer order I inquired about or the order I submitted. I was a little taken back when the recipient sent a picture of the arrangement. All of the tulips were drooped over instead of perky like the online picture. They were still big, pretty and bright white. The bow was also not the classic actual bow in all white. It had shiny gold lines and not in a bow. More like a bow you’d peel the backing off and stick on a gift. But my friend was touched when she received them, that’s what matters. I would order from them again but would confirm specifics.

First let me say what arrived was better than expected given the phone call telling me you were out of star-gazer lilies. It arrived with some fully opened and plenty more. Kudos!!! However, I was disappointed in two things. I did not know when the delivery would happen, and my having to call to make sure it would was annoying. This had a card inviting the recipient to an event so it was CRITICAL that he get it in time. Second, where were the purple roses? They are exquisite in the photo but conspicuously absent in the arrangement. After spending $75 to send this arrangement, I will think twice before spending that money to send flowers again. I want to like you and think you honestly tried hard. Thus the 3 - star rating. Please let me know what you can do to make this right. $75 is not trivial. I would attach a pic if I could to show you the arrangement.

Found staff to be extremely accommodating. Cannot comment on actual arrangement as I never saw it, a sent gift. Recipients said it smelled good. I asked about size and they said it was about the size of a wedding bouquet. I thought it might be a little larger. Cannot compare price/value, I live in another state where pricing/value is totally different than in Orlando.
