We are a local florist in the DC Metro area that has been in business since 1976, providing fresh blooms, indoor and outdoor plants, inclusive of ecological maintenance services. We provide plant installations, exterior and interior scaping services, as well as high-end curated fresh florals, custom décor and furniture for weddings, special events, private residences, and corporations.
Steve Ornstein, the Owner and President of Edge Floral Event Designers, embodies a lifelong dedication to his work, carrying on a family legacy since 1979. He designs bespoke floral experiences for ultra luxury weddings, mitzvahs, and special events, creating unforgettable moments for his clients from Potomac to Georgetown in the DMV area. He has also worked with companies such as The National Geographic. Steve's profound dedication to his artistry is matched only by his unwavering commitment to professionalism, warmth, integrity, and a touch of floral enchantment.

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the
following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
