Hi, my name is Victoria, and I am the head designer and owner of Eden Floral Creations. My family has been in the floral industry for over 40 years. When I was young, my mother taught me how to design and build lasting relationships with our customers. We are a small, family-owned and operated business, and we are 100% dedicated to you. We always go above and beyond for you! My family has worked for some of the biggest florists in Florida, but during COVID, we all lost our jobs. So we decided to take what we have learned and start our own business. We have the knowledge, dedication, and the talent to bring your ideas to life and bring a smile to you and your loved ones. Our subscriptions allow you to select a delivery frequency that best suits your needs - either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.
How often will I be billed?
You will be billed 5 days before the delivery schedule you select (either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). This is to ensure your florist will have adequate time to prepare your order.
How do I make changes to my subscription plan?
You can call the florist any time before the scheduled delivery or pickup date to make changes to your subscription plan and orders.
Can I pause my subscription plan?

How do I cancel my subscription plan?

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the
following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field
during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences.
Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in
advance.
