The most perfect bouquet showed up to our doorstep first thing in the am on Saturday the day before Mothers Day. My wife could not have been happier about the quality of the flowers. Two friends received flowers I sent yesterday and sent pictures. They were gorgeous! Beautifully designed, the flowers were perfect - so fresh and smelled amazing. I didn’t see it in the picture online, but the angel statue that sat in the middle of one of the arrangements is holding a beautiful little ball with rhinestones. The designer’s choice arrangement was the same - beautiful and perfect!

I sent in a request with Eckert Florist and the next morning I received a call telling me they had reached out to the funeral home and arranged the time and new date for delivery, which was the day of the memorial service so the arrangement was very fresh and looked outstanding. Both my recipient and I were most pleased with the results. Since this was a memorial for a recently deceased, the florist graciously incorporated a different color for the flowers/ribbon and even added a slim, graceful branch to balance and to expand the vertical, visual space. This original composition was thus both consolation and pleasure for recipient and sender.

I'm a guy who rarely buys/sends flowers...bad on me. My reluctance is due to several factors, mostly though, due to reviews from unhappy customers (not at this florist, just at some florists in general).
Well, let me tell you, I am definitely a happy customer. The arrangement I picked was even more beautiful than the website's picture. All the flowers appeared to be fresh (no brown edges or wilting), there were plenty of them (no skimping on the quantity), the delivery was prompt, and the recipient was thrilled.

Though these were a Mother's Day gift, the whole family raved about them, saying the arrangement was "so unique" and "every flower was different!" We paid for for the premium upgrade and the arrangement around it was sparse. I asked for spring colors and you used primarily white and cheap flowers- daisy's, and snapdragons. We were very disappointed with the arrangement. Our previous order from Eckert's Florist was much better than this one.

I live in California but in the 1950s I lived in Belleville. A friend passed away, and I wanted to send flowers, but I wanted to use a Belleville florist. I was disappointed that silk flowers were used instead of real flowers. No where on the website does it state that silk flowers can be substituted. I would not recommend this florist or use them again.

I purchase long stem red roses for my mother on behalf of my stepdad who passed away 7 years ago. It is for their anniversay which is on February 14th. I have tried multiple florists until I found Eckert Florist. The best florist ever. The roses are beautiful and my mother said the roses get prettier every year. This is my 4th year purchasing roses from them. I'm never let down. Better than the big companies. I highly recommend them for your florist needs. They are an awesome florist.

I started sending this precious arrangement a couple of years back for my great-niece, Zoe Kate, and she loved it! Well, she has "outgrown" it so I sent her a different arrangement with a tea set this year and she was thrilled. So, this year, her younger sister, Eliza Fay, is old enough to start getting flowers so I sent this to her for her birthday. Her mom said she was asleep when it was delivered but that her eyes lit up when she saw it later in the day. Every arrangement I have sent have been met with the same excitement. Your picture advises that it is the basic arrangement. I ordered the premium arrangement expecting a larger, more fuller version of what is pictured here. Unfortunately, it was not. The arrangement was lacking and just not full at all, very "airy". It was pretty but very typical. I was disappointed and will not pay for a premium arrangement again.

I live in MS and have family who moved to Belleville two years ago. My great niece loves anything pink and I decided to send her flowers for her 6th birthday last year. Although I did not see the arrangement in person, I received many compliments from those in attendance at the service, stating it was 'very pretty' and 'lovely'. The nest was a little smaller than in the online photo, but this may be due to ordering the middle size arrangement which included more flowers. I was bummed that the soda fountain glass vase was swapped out for one that looked like an ice cream cone, as that's what originally caught my eye and I think that takes away from the presentation. But my mom didn't know the difference and really liked it, said it was really cute! She went on and on about the flowers and the strawberry and the little bird nest at the bottom. I was a little disappointed in the skimpy arrangement my mom received today at the hospital. We ordered the Precious Heart bouquet and were expecting to get something similar to the picture. We knew it would be a little different, but instead of the very full looking, 20 plus flowers that were in the picture, we received an arrangement with 12-14 flowers at best, with more carnations and filler flowers than anything. For the price we paid, I expected better quality. We could have bought an arrangement, like the one she received, at the gift shop for less money! But we wanted a nicer bouquet, so we thought we would order from somewhere local. So disappointing!!
