Substitution Policy
In some instances, the florists’ photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated. Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you've selected, the local florist will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal or higher value.
Delivery Policy
Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist. Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone. Florists that offer same day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences. Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in advance.

I started sending this precious arrangement a couple of years back for my great-niece, Zoe Kate, and she loved it! Well, she has "outgrown" it so I sent her a different arrangement with a tea set this year and she was thrilled. So, this year, her younger sister, Eliza Fay, is old enough to start getting flowers so I sent this to her for her birthday. Her mom said she was asleep when it was delivered but that her eyes lit up when she saw it later in the day. Every arrangement I have sent have been met with the same excitement. I won't use anyone else in the Belleville area.

I live in MS and have family who moved to Belleville two years ago. My great niece loves anything pink and I decided to send her flowers for her 6th birthday last year. I searched for florists in the area and picked Eckert Florist. She loved it so much last year, that I ordered it again this year. I have ordered other items from this florist as well for family who live in IL, and the floral arrangements have always been beautiful. I am very pleased with the arrangements and service and highly recommend them.

I was bummed that the soda fountain glass vase was swapped out for one that looked like an ice cream cone, as that's what originally caught my eye and I think that takes away from the presentation. But my mom didn't know the difference and really liked it, said it was really cute! She went on and on about the flowers and the strawberry and the little bird nest at the bottom. Delivery was smooth, and it was a happy surprise for Valentine's Day! Great service, and I understand that supplies aren't always available. Thanks for making it special!
