|There were two main issues. The delivery turned out to be basically the size of the Standard arrangement (based on the website photo). I have had this happen to me with other florists. If they see you are ordering online, from another city, it seems they cut corners on the arrangement, thinking you wouldn't see it or pick it up in person. Honestly, it didn't even look like it was a Deluxe-size arrangement (second tier). Because of my previous online experiences, I purposely chose the Premium selection, to ensure that the bouquet for my mother on Mother's Day would be the largest size and have the most impressive impact as she's been having a rough year.
The second issue was regarding the aesthetic of the arrangement. The colors are more bold and jewel-toned (very little white) in the website's photo. That's what I was expecting it to look like. I've worked at a florist before myself, so I know you sometimes have to make certain substitutions due to availability, but the arrangement did not have the intended visual and color impact as the website's sample. There was more white flowers used as filler in the arrangement my mother received (versus the interesting green ones in the photo; ours had baby's breath, which in my opinion is a lazy choice). For the amount paid for the Premium tier, I was expecting something more eloquent and visually stunning.
I received an email after placing the order asking how we liked the flowers. I emailed them my thoughts. I never heard back from them, so I am putting my review online.

It appears that the third order, same day again, arrived a day later than expected.
