I ordered a dozen long stem roses for delivery for a special birthday. The roses were not delivered despite the person being home all day to receive them. Florist stated that the flowers were delivered. But none of the doorman were aware of any flower deliveries and there is only one place to store deliveries at the entrance of the building. I called several times and only managed to speak to someone after two days of calling. We were going out of town and by the time we returned roses began to wilt. Waste of money and time. I wouldn't order from them again, I am sorry to say.

My experience with this florist was TERRIBLE. I received a call from the florist that was rude and degrading. I was told that I chose poorly and he had replaced my selection with something "more appropriate". His customer service was awful. I would not order from Eastern Parkway Florist ever again.

It was the most horrible experience !!! Couple of weeks Ago I placed and order but unfortunately I had to cancel I call them to make sure it cancel I talked to them and they said they will
Cancel and I will get my refound that was mine 3 weeks ago already and no redound and now no response ,neither by email or by phone I sent many email and they just stop responding and also no answer my calls on top of everything I went to try to talk to tbt manager to see what happened and surprise !!! The address that' they have in his website is not their it just a fancy building and when I sent inside to ask about then they told me they never been there they just used their address so there's no way I can contac them anymore and I just los $112 for nothing so for that u guys are the worse and I hope everybody read this and be aware of what a bunch of thieves you are !!!

I was incredibly disappointed when I saw a photograph of what my partner received. The bouquet wasn’t REMOTELY as pictured. It seemed like 5 haphazardly placed yellow long stemmed roses in a left over Easter bright yellow tulip planter. And to make matters worse, they placed a huge yellow bow on it. The bouquet should have been orange and arranged vertically, not 5 roses stuffed into a planter hanging over the side. On a bright note, the delivery person was very pleasant, so there’s that!

Very disappointed. basket was delivered in a trash bag. The guy I spoke to on the phone claimed they have been in service for over 30 years, more like 30 seconds. I wanted to cheer my girlfriend up because she was not feeling too good, I ordered this fruit basket and upgraded to a deluxe package for an additional fee for a total of over $200.00, The basket was delivered broken in a trash bag (literally) no card, no flowers, and no chocolates of any kind, the wine bottle was a $5.99 Joyvin cooking wine. A very unpleasant experience, it behooves anyone to report this florists, they should not be in business, bloom nation should not be in business with them, As a proud New Yorker, Combat Veteran and big supporter of the local community businesses I am ashamed that this business is up and running in our community. I will never use their services again and if Bloomnation.com still in business with them, most likely I will not use their services either. Will Bonilla

The whole experience was dreadful- the flowers pictured arrived almost two weeks post the order, and most of them were "dead.
The phone number supplied may not exist,nor the shop- I went looking, and it was not at the address noted on line.
You may be a local business- and I would recommend you close your doors. It is with 100% certainty I will never use you again and continue to inform others of the experience- B. Holden

I ordered this gorgeous chic white rose/carnation arrangement. What arrived were a dozen white roses. They were delivered to the front door by a person who took them out of a back pack and gave them to me. They had no water in the vase at all. I called to complain and the manager said he changed the arrangement because the white roses are worth more than the arrangement I ordered. He did not have an explanation as to why the flowers to delivered in a backpack with no water. He was apologetic at the end and offered an exchange but it wasn't worth it because you never know what you get. What you order may not be what arrives at your front door.

I have never had to order flowers for a funeral before, so I wasn't exactly sure what to get. The florist called with some questions I had forgotten to answer and was SO NICE and offered some suggestions on how to make the arrangement a little more appropriate. Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist. Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.

Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone. Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day.
