My brother & his family live in Huntertown, MD while the rest of us are in NJ. My niece lost her mom-in-law which prompted us to look for florists near them online. We located Dunkirk's. Dunkirk florist was excellent! One of the employees called to tell me they were short on some of the flowers in the arrangement that I chose and said they would have them for delivery the next day, and if that was OK. I told him I really would like them for that day so we changed some of the flowers up. The recipient was overwhelmed by their beauty and thanked me over and over. Absolutely wonderful to work with! I received a call that one component of the ordered arrangement was in available but would be there the next day. They did such a great job on a bouquet for our friends that had just had a loss. Very, very happy with the service AND the product!! When the pictured flowers were unavailable, John went the extra mile and called me here in Michigan to discuss acceptable substitutes. It also gave me the opportunity to explain what I was looking for in the arrangement. They arrived in time, and my daughter was notified of their arrival. I ordered this bouquet for a dear friend that lives in Dunkirk. I am clear across the country, north of Seattle. I chose the Happiness arrangement, and upgraded to the Premium. My friend sent me a picture of it as soon as it arrived. I was very pleased!! It was absolutely stunning!!! So many colors, textures, and variety.... things I've never seen before.
Later, I called to talk to the florist for some clarification. Very professional, friendly, informative owner/designer!
I would order from this florist again, for sure!!!

To be honest the flowers themselves were ok but the vase had to be substituted. I was called and asked and I thought it was going to be a cobalt blue ceramic vase but it was a run-of-the-mill looking typical glass vase. I was very disappointed.
