One of the employees called to tell me they were short on some of the flowers in the arrangement that I chose and said they would have them for delivery the next day, and if that was OK. Hello: I am the Mother of Richard. This is the second time he purchased flowers for me from you. The first arrangement was just so beautiful that, if you remember, I called and told you how beautiful they were and that I never had roses that ALL opened up! This second time I must give the same review! The flowers are so fresh and once again the roses have all opened. I know we have found our florist and will never buy from anyone else. Thanks for such beautiful flower arrangements.

Extremely happy with the quality and visual display of the arrangement when they were delivered. The roses were very vibrant and colorful. Delivery for that chosen day was very prompt and efficient. Excellent choice for a florist and I would not hesitate to use them again or recommended them.

Very, very happy with the service AND the product!! When the pictured flowers were unavailable, John went the extra mile and called me here in Michigan to discuss acceptable substitutes. It also gave me the opportunity to explain what I was looking for in the arrangement. They arrived in time, and my daughter was notified of their arrival. She LOVED them and that of course made me very happy.

I ordered this bouquet for a dear friend that lives in Dunkirk. I am clear across the country, north of Seattle. I chose the Happiness arrangement, and upgraded to the Premium. My friend sent me a picture of it as soon as it arrived. I was very pleased!! It was absolutely stunning!!! So many colors, textures, and variety.... things I've never seen before.
Later, I called to talk to the florist for some clarification. Very professional, friendly, informative owner/designer!
I would order from this florist again, for sure!!!

Unfortunately, I was disappointed in the arrangement. The flowers did not seem fresh. It was for a birthday and my friend loves flowers so she was disappointed also. Maybe you should send her something else.

Thank you for the arrangement, it was pretty but not as full and robust as the picture shown. There were only pink roses not carnations. Probably would have chosen something different after seeing the final bouquet.

To be honest the flowers themselves were ok but the vase had to be substituted. I was called and asked and I thought it was going to be a cobalt blue ceramic vase but it was a run-of-the-mill looking typical glass vase. I was very disappointed.

I am not usually one to write a review, but I was so disappointed with the arrangement that my mother received. I paid over a hundred dollars and expected something that looked even close to the picture above, but it did not. Tha candle piece was very nice and there were some nice roses, but it was truly disappointing for the money spent.
