Substitution Policy
In some instances, the florists’ photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated. Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you've selected, the local florist will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal or higher value.
Delivery Policy
Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist. Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone. Florists that offer same day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences. Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in advance.

The floral arrangement was beautiful. From the photo I was under the impression the vase was the blue color which I liked vs clear. Thanks for being efficient on the delivery in the snow storm ---- Florist's Response: Thank you for your kind review. I absolutely love this flower arrangement. Also I live in California I called to order and have the flowers delivered on March 14th but was told that it wasn’t possible because delivery driver had already left for delivery so I arranged for delivery to be on Saturday. To my surprise they were delivered a day earlier and I was so excited and happy. This florist went above and beyond. Great customer service. My Aunt loved the flowers it made her day!!!
