Victoria’s love for flowers began long before Dream Toy Flowers came to life. As a child, she was captivated by The Black Tulip by Alexandre Dumas. The story left a lasting impression on her, quietly planting the seed of a dream — to one day have a flower shop of her own. Years later, that dream blossomed into reality. Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
