Our subscriptions allow you to select a delivery frequency that best suits your needs - either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.
How often will I be billed?
You will be billed 5 days before the delivery schedule you select (either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). This is to ensure your florist will have adequate time to prepare your order.
How do I make changes to my subscription plan?
You can call the florist any time before the scheduled delivery or pickup date to make changes to your subscription plan and orders.
Can I pause my subscription plan?
Yes, you can! contact us at (213) 488-2028, let us know the next best delivery date and we’ll pause your subscription.
How do I cancel my subscription plan?
We’d be happy to take care of that for you! Please contact us at (213) 488-2028 and we’ll cancel your subscription right away.

I have been going to Downtown Flowers for several years now. They always go above and beyond and Valentine's Day was just another example of this. I ordered a pre noon delivery to my wife's job. The driver showed up at a great time. Unfortunately my wife's building won't let delivery drivers in to the upper floors. Someone named Aaron reached out to my wife, but she had left her phone in the car. He attempted to call me a couple of times, then finally texted. He said once she can meet him down in the lobby, the flowers will get delivered. Some time had passed and then I get another text from him saying she got ahold of him and they were going to deliver the flowers. First of all, I love how the driver didn't just leave the flowers there, secondly, I loved how he stayed in contact with me up until they got delivered. Top notch customer service. Highly recommend using Downtown Flowers.

The table centerpiece arrangement ordered did not look like the online representation at all. It was stuffed with inexpensive craft store fillers, had only three actual flowers and lots of pine greens. For 175 dollars we expect some real flowers. We called to let them know and the response was: “Sorry you feel that way, and you actually got FOUR flowers”. What is that? Like 20 bucks a stem!? No thanks.

I bought a beautiful arrangement for my wife for our anniversary. I had them delivered to her work. She loved them, all the women on her floor loved them as well. That was last Friday. By Sunday evening they were ready to be thrown out. They were completely wilted, drooping way over and losing their color. I spent over $120 on them and 2 days later I'm throwing them out. Very disappointing. The value is definitely not there anymore. I've bought quite a few bouquets of flowers from Downtown Flowers over the years. This was hands down the most depressed I've felt after buying them.

Deeply disappointed with the whole experience. After the delivery was delayed because the vendor has an unpublished policy for not delivering orders over a certain amount without verification (and since I live overseas they were unable to reach me), the flowers were finally delivered, late for my girlfriend's birthday. However, after only 3 days, they started to wilt dramatically, despite being kept cool and watered. When you pay nearly 700 dollars for bloody flowers, it's not unreasonable to expect them to last more than a few days! I'm really shocked by this.

Gave these guys another chance but was disappointed by their lack of customer service. They ignore instructions and sent recipient flowers that had not bloomed yet (looked completely different from photo. These guys are not cheap, and they charge $20 for delivery... so keep that in mind. Better off ordering elsewhere.

The delivery messenger Barbara personally called me asking about coming at another time and when I tried to suggest a different time or day, she surprised me by saying she'd go out of her way to deliver it at the time I had initially wanted to be delivered at. It was my fault for even having high hopes for this place, but without any notice or text whatsoever she says she delivered them at 2pm. But then she says her car tire was flat so she couldn't do it at 6pm, which makes no sense. So she delivered it at a time I didn't approve because no one was home and then she made all these excuses for not being able to deliver at 6pm. but the reason why I'm mad is that I paid so much for it to be delivered at a certain time and I could have just ordered from another place but I hoped the service would be decent.

What a wonderful flower shop! I am in Alabama and have a friend that lives in LA and works downtown. Downtown Flowers made sure my friend was at work before flowers were delivered and when they found out she wa on a plane and would not return until the following week, they called to let me know. On Monday they made a even more gorgeous bouquet and hand delivered them. I had requested that the flowers get delivered on Feb.14th before noon. My girlfriend was leaving the office for the day at that time to go to a seminar and I wanted her to get them before she left. Noon came and went and I didn't hear anything. I contacted her around 1 to see how her day was and got no mention of the flowers. So I tried calling DT Flowers to see if they were delivered, no one answered the phone. I called repeatedly from 2 pm to 3:30, still no one answered the phone. I ended up contacting her coworker to let me know when they arrive. Almost 4pm the flowers arrived to my girlfriends work. I had my girlfriends coworker contact my girlfriend to have her swing back by the office to pick them up. The flowers were nice as usual and they were a huge hit, but the stress I went through is the cause for the low score. Mid morning the following day I get an email from DT Flowers saying that the flowers were delivered. Really? If I didn't contact my girlfriends coworker, we would have not known the flowers showed up until the day after Valentine's. That would have been catastrophic. I understand you were extremely busy and it's one of the top 2 busiest days of the year, but you should know this and should have been better staffed or prepared. The arrangements are always perfect and beautiful, that is why I will continue to use DT Flowers. But this last time I was disappointed in the outcome.

The item delivered was different than what I ordered. I would have preferred the green box from the photo and from the description of the item - the reason I chose it was because I liked the pink with the green. I also did not care for the red buds that look like holly that were added to the flowers. This was also not mentioned in the description and created a Christmas look which was not at all the theme of this gift. It was a wedding present. I would recommend letting the customer know in advance if you're going to make changes to what is in the description and give them an opportunity to make a different selection. This is the second time I've used your service. The first time was for a birthday and your staff forgot to put in the order and the flowers were not delivered on the birthday. I likely will not come back for a third time which is a shame because your flowers are very beautiful.

The flowers were beautiful as usual. I'm a regular customer. They even did a huge favor for me. I had scheduled the delivery to be on Friday, Wednesday morning I found out the person they were being delivered to wasn't going to be there Friday and I had to bump it up to Thursday. I called and received excellent service and my request was immediately taken care of. Normally I would give 5 stars like I always do, probably even 6 because of the favor they did for me. The reason for the 4 stars is because of the vase the flowers were in. My girlfriend received her flowers in a timely manner, she put them on her desk and the base of the vase broke. The bowl of the vase stayed intact, it was only the base that broke. Anyway, they tipped over and spilled water on her and the arrangement got messed up. Not to mention there was broken glass around. She was able to get a box and put them in there to transport home. Luckily we had a square vase from a previous purchase and used that as the base of the vase. It looks like the weight of the arrangement was too much for the base to handle and it crumpled, or maybe she didn't set it down squarely on her desk and the bottom part of the base snapped off. Either way, it seemed a little dangerous. So for future reference, you might want to consider using a different style of vase. Other than that, the flowers were a hit, every girl in her office was jealous, and I came out smelling like a rose (no pun intended) thanks to you.

Once again, Downtown Flowers did not disappoint. My girlfriend was the envy of her entire floor at work and I came out looking like a hero. Yay me! I had ordered them 2 weeks prior to delivery and I received an email stating they were delivered on time. The arrangement was absolutely beautiful and HUGE. Very professional looking. My only complaint is that the photos on the website do not do the flowers justice. They need to be scaled somehow so the customers know exactly the size of the arrangement. Maybe have a person in the photo next to them. The flowers I got looked a little small so I got the medium size. It turns out the medium is over 3 feet tall (40 inches, I just measured). That's my ONLY complaint. Do the photos justice. Other than that, everything was exceptional. I highly recommend Downtown Flowers, you get more than what you pay for.
