Apprarently I gave the wrong phone number of my friend, the recipient. Dottie's called me to let me know the situation. Because I am in Michagan and they in FL, I wasn't sure of the weather and the delivery driver didn't want to leave it outside due to an impending storm. With that being said, the customer service and the floral arrangements have always been spectacular. Floral arrangements are delivered as shown on the website and the quality is excellent. I'm not sure if the person delivering forgot to knock, but my flowers unfortunately sat outside for a few hours until I had to text a friend to see if they arrived. This was by far the worst purchase of flowers I've purchased the picture online was not even close to what was recieved I will not purchase from here again the bouquet looked liked a couple flowers with a bunch of stems and weeds was not pretty at all and I paid a good bit of money for this so disappointed and I've received flowers this pitiful from other places.

Very fresh roses... delivery before noon on Valentines Day... and so far on day 3 they are still looking as good as the day they arrived. This is the 3rd year in a row that I used Dottie's with a good result. Oh, by the way, my wife loved them... big win for me!

Ordering the flowers was easy enough, unfortunately they don’t deliver to my house. I used another mailing address and then emailed requesting that they be delivered at a certain time or if they would consider delivering them to my house since I’m not that far, and she had them delivered directly to my door.
I was able to give these to my girlfriend this morning and then propose to her later in the evening without a hitch. Now I’m engaged and happier than ever.

I have a very dear friend who lives in Deland, whose husband recently passed away. I’m sorry to say but I was disappointed in my Mother-in-Laws bouquet which was delivered yesterday. The bouquet I thought I was purchasing was two colors: peach & white. The bouquet she received was only one: white. What attracted me to the bouquet was the two colors: peach & white. I also paid for the deluxe and when she showed me the flowers, it looked like the basic size. I received a beautiful bouquet from my daughter from a florist near me and that bouquet was 3x the size. I wasn’t going to express my disappointment but when I received this e-mail I thought I should.

This picture from the website, and the picture of the plant, which was sent to us by a family member, certainly do NOT match. Besides that, there are visible brown spots on some of the leaves. The plant which was sent was no where near the size shown in the picture!

Ordered on line about a week prior to be delivered on Valentines Day. Showed up at the door on the appointed day at 8:30am. Looked very similar to the picture and was extremely fresh. The arrangement lasted for over a week. She had it displayed as the centerpiece on our coffee table in the living room. My wife was very happy and you know what they say... Happy wife, Happy life!

My mother cried when she saw her flower arrangement it was so beautiful! Thank you again for such speedy delivery, for adding the exact flowers i requested, and your efforts to help me out with additional orders when i had last minute requests. Your florist has proven to be very reliable and friendly. I appreciate the delivery person calling me to let me know my order was delivered while including the address in his message where he left the arrangment (my mother was not home at the moment of delivery). The only thing more that could have helped was for a text message with a photo of the flowers! Although, that may be asking too much.
