If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please call us and and let us know. If the arrangement does not meet your expectations for freshness, we will replace it. (Spring and Seasonal flowers, which have a natural short vase life, are excluded).
Please note that not all fresh flowers and products are available in all areas, so some substitutions may apply. Most local florists purchase seasonal flowers and products in limited quantities and the best way to ensure availability is to place orders early. We will notify you in case flower substitutions are required.
We guarantee to work hard to gather the information to make the best arrangement that will match the occasion. We rely on your input and feedback to ensure we have delivered the style and feeling of the gift you have ordered.
If you should ever receive something you feel disappointed with, we encourage you to contact us right away and we will gladly work with you to achieve the satisfaction that you deserve. Substitution Policy
In some instances, the florists’ photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated. Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you've selected, the local florist will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal or higher value.
Delivery Policy
Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist. Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone. Florists that offer same day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences. Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in advance.
