I was mad at first because I asked to make sure my mom was home first, which the worker didn't do. Then I asked her to call my mom, but she chose to text her instead which I thought was a real chicken shit move. But my mom called and sd the flowers where exceptional and that she enjoyed purchasing from Dooley's in the past which I didn't know because I now live in Az. The flowers were ordered and delivered the next day on time. However, they did not look anything like what I ordered. The picture shown on the website had way more roses than the arrangement that was received. I feel like the photo on the site should reflect exactly what you are doing to receive. 7 roses in the picture and only 2 in the one that was received.

Hi Cherie, the roses pictured on website are spray roses, very tiny with multiple on one stem. When we don't have the appropriate color in the sprays we use regular large single roses, usually always have the pink, therefore the quantity of roses used would be 3 or 4, depending on any other change. When we saw our flowers at the funeral home, the arrangement was lovely, and the flowers appeared fresh. However it certainly did not look like $80 worth of flowers! And to charge $15 for delivery to Hutchens, approximately One mile away from you, seems excessive.

The process for online ordering and paying for the flowers was very simple. I called the flower shop the day before they were to be delivered because I had to add a name to the card. No problem.

Honestly, I was expecting more when I paid for the deluxe. Instead I received what I believe an extra rose. Definitely, not worth the price I paid for this bouquet. I understand the flower and vase might look a little different, but truth be told I feel everything was downgraded. $50 (not including delivery) for "designers choice deluxe". Well arranged, but the only flowers were 8 (admittedly nice) pink roses. I'd be curious what "standard" is. I wanted to support a local business. Search locally owned place, read their "about" info to see they are actually a small business. Ordered directly through their website, gave them 'designer's choice" to trust them as artists and give them chance to use whatever was best for them. Not exactly impressed. Next time will just use big national service (where they show representative picture) or stop by Trader Joe's and pick them out myself.

The arrangements that I ordered for two grandmothers were beautiful. However, the florist put very little water in the vases. The roses were dead the next day because there wasn't a drop of water in the vase and my 89-year-old mother didn't realize how empty the vase was when she received it. Not a happy shopper.

Sorry Shearry, not sure about that, we had all three flower types in there, I think I remember that the mini green hydrangea had just come in that day, so they were not "open" yet as they would have still been hydrating, but they would have opened next day beautifully. Perhaps how they took the picture that was sent to you?

The arrangement I ordered was "The best medicine" the arrangement delivered was not even close. Not one purple flower, the flowers that were sent were not fresh and I could have picked fresh out of my own yard if that is what I wanted.

They did NOT contact me to explain anything or let me know of other options.
I sent an E-mail the next day and still haven't heard from them.
I used them about 3 other times and was very pleased but this time was a complete fail.

Marion, if a picture was sent to you it must have been in terrible lighting! I have written down what we put into the vase and it is very close to picture. It had orange gerberas, green fugis, yellow carnations, hot pink roses, caspia and purple statice. I am very sorry you were disappointed, this is one of our most popular arrangements for $55

I send a bouquet of flowers annually for my sister in law that hosts our Thanksgiving Holiday meal in her home. Each year you surpass the last year creation.The most important part of the bouquets is the one yellow rose. The yellow rose reminds us of her Mother that is not longer with us physically but is still in our hearts and minds.
