If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please call us and and let us know. If the arrangement does not meet your expectations for freshness, we will replace it. (Spring and Seasonal flowers, which have a natural short vase life, are excluded). Please note that not all fresh flowers and products are available in all areas, so some substitutions may apply. Most local florists purchase seasonal flowers and products in limited quantities and the best way to ensure availability is to place orders early. We will notify you in case flower substitutions are required. We guarantee to work hard to gather the information to make the best arrangement that will match the occasion. We rely on your input and feedback to ensure we have delivered the style and feeling of the gift you have ordered. Patty Sosa
I am a second generation florist, having taken over my family's florist business in Historic Old Town Florissant. I attended Hixson's School of Professional Floral Design in Cleveland, Ohio in the early 80's and I have been working and designing at Dooley's Florist ever since. My favorite part about being a florist is that it is never boring and I am always surrounded by beautiful plants and flowers. My team and I look forward to creating something beautiful for you!

I was completely satisfied with a funeral arrangement I had made for a good friend from Dooley’s Florist this week! I had gone to the shop to see what they may be able to accomplish with some of the ideas I had kind of in mind. The lady at Dooley’s was most helpful and took the time to show me some possibilities and offered several suggestions. It was a beautiful arrangement and I will definitely be going back there for my floral needs in the future!

Whenever I need flowers, I always contact Dooley’s flowers. They always do such a great job most recently, my daughter is in the hospital and I ordered flowers and they had them to her within just a couple hours and they were exactly as pictured on their website. I called in and was greeted kindly by Susan. From start to finish I was extremely pleased with my service. I was extremely pleased with my choice and pleasantly pleased with pricing after comparison shopping. Everything was done as promised and the arrangement was beautiful. I upgraded the arrangement and it was gorgeous!!! She loved it so much and it still looks great a week later. The only suggestion I have would be to add hi-float to the latex balloons so they stay afloat longer. I picked the arrangement up late Thursday and by the time I took it to her by 8:30 the next morning only 1 latex and the Mylar balloon were standing. This was my first time ordering from Dooley's but it definitely won’t be my last! Thanks for the joy those flowers brought my friend on her 80th birthday.

With the passing of a very dear frend, Dooley's staff took the extra effort to ensure the flowers were delivered. I live in Australia and Dooley's staff took the time to email me to advise of a little issue and that the delivery was done. I highly recommend this Florist.

The flower arrangement was absolutely beautiful! However the fragile glass on the globular vase was PAPER THIN. While lifting the arrangement out of the transport carton, the vase broke…water everywhere! I was lucky I did not cut my finger. Would not recommend this unsafe vase.

I don't remember what it looked like since it was early May, but those containers are so popular and beautiful made up, but they are Dish Garden Planters, not meant to be a very large piece. We do makeup combo baskets with larger 6" plants together that might be a better choice next time. We hope you will give us another chance, we appreciate your business.

I purchased the "Premium" Peaches and Cream arrangement but, I received the same number of roses as the Standard arrangement (8 roses)

Tulips looked nothing like the advertisement. I spent over $180!!! I told the owner of the florist how dissatisfied I was and she did nothing. I will not use Dooley’s again.

Yolanda, the $60 tulip vase was a very popular arrangement for Mothers day. I wish the tulips would have been larger but I was lucky to get what I had. They were very fresh and hopefully "grew" more (as tulips do in water). If either recipient would like to bring in their arrangement I would be happy to exchange for other flowers. I apologize I was unable to speak with you on Saturday.

She had family coming to celebrate from out of town and I wasn't going to be able to be there for a party/lunch that started at noon. I had requested that the flowers be delivered around lunch time if possible. Everything Dooley's Florist did was perfect! The flowers were beautiful and really made Betty's day. The arrangement was very beautiful and my sister loved it and sent me a picture. I thought it was very nice. It wasn't what I ordered, the wooden box with white roses and purple flowers, etc. I figured either something went wrong or you didn't have those flowers available. I was just happy that the vase was purple because that was a color I was trying for. My sister was blessed and so all is well. Thank you very much.

Honestly, I was expecting more when I paid for the deluxe. Instead I received what I believe an extra rose. Definitely, not worth the price I paid for this bouquet. I understand the flower and vase might look a little different, but truth be told I feel everything was downgraded. What my mother received for her Birthday looked nothing like the photo I thought I was purchasing.

$50 (not including delivery) for "designers choice deluxe". Well arranged, but the only flowers were 8 (admittedly nice) pink roses. I'd be curious what "standard" is. I wanted to support a local business. Search locally owned place, read their "about" info to see they are actually a small business. Ordered directly through their website, gave them 'designer's choice" to trust them as artists and give them chance to use whatever was best for them. Not exactly impressed. Next time will just use big national service (where they show representative picture) or stop by Trader Joe's and pick them out myself.

The arrangements that I ordered for two grandmothers were beautiful. However, the florist put very little water in the vases. The roses were dead the next day because there wasn't a drop of water in the vase and my 89-year-old mother didn't realize how empty the vase was when she received it. Not a happy shopper.

This was a great customer service experience. I had an issue with one of the online Flower services and had to cancel that order. I was able to order flowers on Valentines Day and pick them up that morning. Very nice business and staff. They have a customer for life.

I sent this arrangement as a message of sympathy, which you could tell from my words on the card. The vase was an ugly dark color and the arrangement was sparse.....for $72.00! I was very disappointed.

It had orange gerberas, green fugis, yellow carnations, hot pink roses, caspia and purple statice. I am very sorry you were disappointed, this is one of our most popular arrangements for $55

I send a bouquet of flowers annually for my sister in law that hosts our Thanksgiving Holiday meal in her home. Each year you surpass the last year creation.The most important part of the bouquets is the one yellow rose. The yellow rose reminds us of her Mother that is not longer with us physically but is still in our hearts and minds.

The flower arrangement was lovely though rather sparse I felt for the price. Alstromeria is a relatively inexpensive flower and they arrange themselves without much assistance. I had higher expectations of the volume.,

They took the order online at about 1PM and sent me a note that they could not deliver same day on my flowers, but, to my surprise they called me about 2-1/2 hours later and said my order was on it's way.
