|Called the 2 numbers several times over the next 2 days but no answer. Left a voice mail and sent an email but no answer. Today I call my credit card company to dispute the charges. If something happened to stand in the way of my delivery I guess I'll never know because no one bothered to respond to me so my last resort is to have the charges reversed.

I'm sorry you are unhappy but per my email to you we had to follow hospital regulations. They do not want additional people walking around the hospital and all flowers and gifts must be delivered to the guest services room which is not open on the weekends. The hospital required it be redelivered on Monday which is what we did. We are sorry that their policies do affect ability to deliver.
