|For Christmas Day this year, I ordered “Oh la la” premium model. It’s very different from the pix. There are less flowers, the arrangement is not that nice. I’m very disappointed. It is a pity because I loved my last order so much that I thought this would be also perfect this time. I guess because of the Christmas season that the service is not that good due to the lack of time.

The card reflected exactly what I wrote, and it was actually written (not a print!). I loved it.
Delivery was also perfect.

|My wife and I spent three weeks in San Diego at her parent's house. They were incredible hosts and her mom especially went out of her way to make us (well really me) welcome in their home. She loves orchids so we thought it would be thoughtful to get her a nice orchard arrangement.
I was wary of the big on-line flower stores and decided to try a local florist on line. After a few minutes of searching, we found Divine Orchids in Escondido. I placed the order for the arrangement, and in the notes section I requested they contact me in the event they needed to make any substitutions with the flowers. I add this note whenever I order flowers and no one ever contacts me, they just make whatever changes they feel like. This was not the case with Divine Orchids.
The day after placing the order, I received a text message from Victor, who sent me a photo of the flower arrangement, asking me if the flowers were what I expected. This was a pleasant surprise, and one that I very much appreciated. The flowers were on point but the arrangement looked different from what was on their website. I sent him the website pic and advised him that the closer he could get the arrangement look like the pic, the better. He told me not to worry, the arrangement would look better than the picture.
Later in the day, my mother in law sent us a picture of the display. It took my breath away. More importantly, my mother in law absolutely loved it. It's magnificent and I could tell that careful thought was put into the arrangement. Making things even better, Victor took the time to hand write out the thank you card to my mother in law. Usually, it's printed in some plain font be he wrote this in script and gave it that much more of a personal touch.
If I could rate Divine Orchids ten stars, I would. The fact that they took the time to contact me to make sure the order met my expectations is gold. The careful thought and personal touch in writing that note is platinum. Sending flowers is all about emotion and intimate human connections. Divine Orchids clearly understand this and it reflects in how they make arrangements and communicate with customers.

|Divine Orchids emailed me more than 24 hours before my scheduled delivery to let me know the color of orchids I had chosen weren’t in bloom and proceeded to give me four other options via clear, detailed, numbered photo. I chose a gorgeous salmon color as my backup and I like it so much more than my original choice.
I’m really impressed with the customer service I received for not only how easy it was to order online but also how readily available they were via phone for any questions. I wish I could post a picture of what I received, it eclipses the photo that accompanies this review.

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the
following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
