Diablo View Florist
Our business specializes in fresh floral arrangement and plants. We have an extensive client-base and are well known for our use of nature inspired materials and unusual hard to find blooms. We also have one of the largest color selections of roses weekly. We import all of our roses from Equador as well as Columbia. We only use farms that practice ethical working conditions for their workers and their families. We follow the chain of life process to ensure the longest possible shelf life for your flowers and have a replacement no questions asked policy. Weddings are a passion of the owner. Each wedding is created with attention to detail and quality in mind at all times. Only the perfect blooms are selected and used in the bouquets. With a strong artistic flair each wedding is unique and suited to your taste and budget. You just can't get the quality my clients have come to expect with a so called package wedding you find at other florists. History Established in 1930. Our florist has been proudly serving our community since 1930. We are not only family owned but I take personal pride in running the store as well. We're not only the oldest florist locally but we are the oldest business located within our city. I personally took over in 2006 with a fresh and on trend perspective with my floral artistry. One thing you will notice with my custom floral arrangements is that I use a variety of mixed materials and unique flowers. And lastly 80% of my flowers are grown using local farms. This is not only responsible environmentally but also gives the consumer the freshest possible flowers. California has vast fields and sun so we certainly are fortunate and take advantage of this win/win! I'd love to earn your business. Lover of all things found in nature. Floral designer as well as art docent for the BUSD. My passion is to always push the limits of design and use unique materials most wouldn't consider using together to create beautiful unforgettable floral pieces. My personal specialty is sympathy floral tributes. I'm very good at simply sitting with a family during their time of need and based off their loved ones hobbies or favorite colors create amazing floral pieces to truly honor their life. You will be billed 5 days before the delivery schedule you select (either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). This is to ensure your florist will have adequate time to prepare your order.
How do I make changes to my subscription plan?
You can call the florist any time before the scheduled delivery or pickup date to make changes to your subscription plan and orders.
Can I pause my subscription plan?
Yes, you can! contact us at (925) 757-4636, let us know the next best delivery date and we’ll pause your subscription.
How do I cancel my subscription plan?

I found this florist as I needed something nearby my friend's house in Antioch. They were very accommodating and got the arrangement delivered next day. I was stunning. Sadly, I mistakenly ordered the funereal version which is meant to go to the funeral home and sit on a casket (yikes). They called me to explain. They revised my order for a normal home delivery. I very much appreciate they called to explain the difference. I would have been mortified if they just delivered my original order. HOWEVER, I was not happy that even though they downsized it, they did not bring the price down, which was $160+delivery. They should have made it a cheaper price since it was smaller, but what do I know. Overall, happy with their services, I just don't understand why it was the same price.

I call To Diabloview florist on Nov 7th at 4:25 right before it closed down, the customer service was incredible. Carol picked up the phone. I ordered a deluxe version of the Awesome Anniversary arrangement. I understand that substitutions occur when flowers are unavailable, but what was recieved was not even filled with flowers, but mostly greenery and filler that does not appear to be "equal or higher value". Nor was any discount offered knowing that less was being provided. Not a good first experience.

Nope, Nope and a BIG NOPE. What I ordered was a beautiful arrangement with flecks of gold leaves against white flowers in a beautiful sparkling ornament like vase. With a lively succulent and white lilies. The succulent was to signify Az and lilies because they are my mother’s favorite.
What I got was white roses and a cabbage looking flower with some draping already dead looking plant. All in some green hue colors with a basic 99 cents store vase. Something I would have passed on in a grocery store glass window.

A bit frustrated; the arrangement didn't look anything like the photo of what I thought I was sending except it was also in a square vase and had Hydrangeas. I specifically picked this arrangement because of all the purple color. Yet the roses were completely different and there were no Cymbidium Orchid blooms. I didn't feel the substituted flowers were of similar value.

I never write online reviews, but this is the second time I have ordered flowers from Diablo View Florist. I have ordered them online from overseas, as I live in London, but my parents live in Antioch. I ordered the Elle bouquet (with a premium upgrade) for same-day delivery, and I specifically requested that they ring the doorbell and leave the flowers on the front porch in order to maintain social distancing measures during COVID. Delivery went perfectly, the flowers are beautiful and it's such a fantastic way to let loved ones know that you're thinking about them at this difficult time!

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
