I bought a dozen for Mother's Day and my mom LOVED these flowers. They're so unique and cool looking. The fact that it was hand delivered, ready to go, was fantastic. I've ordered bouquets online before, elsewhere, and they come in a box, and you have to cut and arrange the flowers yourself, which never looks as good as when a professional does it. These were perfect. All I had to do was give them to my mom and let her enjoy them.

The roses were beautiful and my wife loved them. Perhaps I'm being a little picky but they were a little more open than I personally would have liked but still ok. They were not delivered till 4:02pm, they almost missed my wife who was starting to leave and they would have been at work all weekend and she would not have been able to enjoy them-but that didn't happen only because she knew they were coming and waited. The big thing is delivery time, my wife and many women like to compare flowers and show off to their work mates and she had no opportunity for that!

Flowers were awesome and the service was amazing. I was planning to pick up the bouquet in the afternoon on Memorial Day and didn't think they would close early that day. They called me to ask when I would come to pick it up because they closed early. To make a long complicated story short, they waited an HOUR after closing just so I could pick up my order. I received an email stating blue flowers were going to be substituted, which I was ok with. Unfortunately, the arrangement delivered was not as full as the photo shown. Some flowers were wilted and, in my opinion, looked as if the flowers were carelessly thrown in the vase. For such an expensive arrangement, which I do not mind paying for, I expected something nicer. I give it 3 stars, because the flowers were delivered on time.

I would highly recommend Precious Petals. I was skeptical about ordering from a business I know nothing about. Their website was easy to navigate and offered many choices. The flowers were beautiful and delivered the next day as scheduled. I received a call from the recipients and they said the arrangement was beautiful and very fresh. They sent me a picture and I confirm the arrangement was exactly as represented. I will definitely use Precious Petals again. If you need flowers delivered to JBLM or anywhere in that area you should use them too.

I helped my mother put in an online order for the most beautiful "Shades of Purple" premium flower arrangement to delivered to her grand-daughter. After looking at the same old floral delivery services, and ones in the Southend of Washington, DBPP has the best online selection with great prices, especially for delivery in that area. My sister sent a photo of the arrangement and we all agreed it looked spectacular! Even better than Molbak's (as I'm a former employee). We will be ordering from DBPP in the future! Most of all my niece loved it and we learned purple is her favorite color!

I did order the Lindt Chocolate addition and they substituted an alternate chocolate item which I would not have paid the extra to add—would have appreciated a heads up on that particular item.

The color was not what I expected. In the picture it shows light and dark purple as if swirling on the petals. These looked as if they had been coated with one color, dark purple. The arrangement of the bouquet was beautiful.

Ordered some flowers for my husband for his mom on Mother’s Day - the week just prior - and my order was confirmed and delivered in a timely manner. I got an email right away to let me know that they may have to make some substitutions to her arrangement, but that it would have the same feel. I got a little nervous as I’m sure we’ve all had that happen at one florist or another to disappointing results, but when she sent the photo it was absolutely what we paid for and I think I liked it even better! The flowers were nice but they looked like they had sat in a hot car all day which I'm sure they had. They looked wilted and a tiny bit sad next to the 2 day old bouquet from the farmers market that cost half as much.

I was not happy with the bouquet you sent. I would have not sent her carnations. The flowers and image I purchased looked nothing like the the actual flowers she received. That is why I did not pick the group that was the florist choice. I was very disappointed.

Due to recent surgery I was unable to get to a florist for my wife's birthday. Being my wife is a retired floral designers of 25yrs I have to be very picky on any floral arrangements or cut flower bouquets. I buy. Also being new the Spanaway I have not had a chance to find a local floral shop that 1) has quality flowers and fair prices and can deliver. Well problem solved. Precious Petals is all that, I ordered online which was very easy to do, they have a great selection for all occasions, very reasonably priced and as a verity of gifts to add to your flowers. My wife birds, she has feeders all over. These folks had a pair of ceramic birds that you can add a flower to. They are very well crafted, not plastic crap from over seas. I had the delivery within a few hours, the guy that delivered the flowers even had a treat for our dog. He was a fellow vietnam era vet. I thank him for his service. I have found my go to floral shop. I have always try to deal with small local businesses where ever I have lived.

Out of of the many years I’ve ordered flower delivery, I can without a doubt or hesitation say that this place delivers a beautiful and high quality arrangements for a very reasonable cost. I chose a custom arrangement, gave the price I wanted and a few bits of info of what my daughter liked and let them run with their imagination. I was rolling the dice but figured I’d chance it. I’m from Houston, Texas... I called and spoke to Teresa and asked her a couple of questions about a Valentine’s Day arrangement... I told her I was visiting the area and I read the google reviews so I decided to go with them... She was very kind and helped me out with all my questions... I left on the notes that I might be able to pick up the the flower arrangement, that I might send someone to pick it up for me. Valentine’s Day comes up and our flight got cancelled, changed, and finally delayed... I luckily let them know ahead of time about having someone to pick it up... The bouquet looked nothing like the picture. I really liked the purple flowers from the picture but didnt get any in the bouquet recieved, however, there were roses which were not pictured and I liked that. Also the ribbon was not the same. I liked the simple green for my mom and instead got a very "teenage" looking ribbon instead with pink and purple flowers that looked like a 5 year old drew them on. Either way though my mom was very happy receiving flowers at work.
