This arrangement is stellar in its aesthetics and artistic presentation! I can't wait to give it to my niece who just became a first time mother! The bouquet recipient loved the look and was very pleased according to what she said. The photo that she sent me really looks very little like the advertised bouquet on website. I realize flowers are seasonal and may not be available at all times or areas. However the bouquet was delivered in the exact same neighborhood as the florist location so I would expect it to be similar. Overall, I'm not displeasedwith the selection and I think it worked out for the recipient.

I recently ordered the Pretty in Pinks bouquet online for my Aunts 90th birthday. I live in the Midwest & I was a little nervous about ordering from somewhere you know nothing about. I am a long time customer of Deep Roots willing to pay more for what is usually a super flower arrangement that is fresh and lasts nicely.

My flowers were not delivered on 5/8 and I received no communication what so ever about the status of the delivery. I called on 5/10 to ask about the status of the order and was told that they had run out of flowers and they would provide a refund. That's fine. I understand there was high demand during mother's day, but I would have liked to have had known that information sooner -- and not have had to reach out myself -- so I could have made other arrangements.

I purchased a large Valentine's Day bouquet for my wife. It was gorgeous but after about six days it began to look pretty wilted. Perhaps my expectations were too high but I called Deep Roots to voice my dissatisfaction. The manager was very courteous and offered to send a smaller replacement bouquet. I accepted and the replacement far exceeded what I had expected. All in all, very pleased with my experience.

This flower shop/nursery is one of my mom's favorite places. So, naturally when her birthday/mothers day came around it was obvious of where I would be purchasing the flowers I was going to send her. Since I live in Sweden its tough being away from her on her special day so when I saw this flower arrangement from the selection, I knew it had her name all over it. I was even more amazed when they arrived while I was skyping with my mom! Of course I requested they be delivered in the afternoon but it was very nice they were delivered at that time so I could catch her reaction. They were worth every penny! Beautiful! Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the
following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
