Substitution Policy
In some instances, the florists’ photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated. Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you've selected, the local florist will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal or higher value.
Delivery Policy
Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist. Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone. Florists that offer same day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences. Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in advance.

Let me just say I'm never had more funerals ago to in the year then 2021 which is kind of ironic since the pandemic happened in 2020! However through these after my 1st search for a local Florest to help fill our funeral needs I stumbled upon Dean's. They are by far, I felt, the best selection for the best price. They are local and I've used them for the 5 following funerals. They have always had it delivered on time it's always been exactly what I've ordered. I just can't say enough what a relief it is to know that when you are sending something to someone at such a desperate time in their life that your small thought gets there and gets to them on time and comforts them at one of the hardest times in their life. So, I just want to say a big THANK YOU! -- and I am actually going to try to come by and visit the shop as I'm just curious to meet y'all at this point. Thank you again for all that you've done for us in this year. Hopefully, we have no more funerals this year but I will be looking forward to using you for other occasion's.
