Substitution Policy
In some instances, the florists’ photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated. Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you've selected, the local florist will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal or higher value.
Delivery Policy
Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist. Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone. Florists that offer same day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences. Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in advance.

Once again Deans Florist didn't disappoint. My Sister-in-law loved them. I do this every year because her daughter died of a brain aneurysm in 1994, and she was smart and beautiful, and I want her to know we will never forget her. Your beautiful flowers help her thru this difficult month. Also, I live in another state, and it helps me knowing that I can rely on Deans. Theresa Renfrow

Dean went above and beyond to make sure my sister received her flowers from me when she came home from the hospital. I live in Vermont but wanted my sister to get flowers when she got home from the hospital but I was a little uncertain when she would get there since it depended on her condition. He stayed on top of it and learned for sure what day she would be home. When she came home the flowers were waiting for her. They were beautiful and she was very grateful.
