Mr. Abrams, we are interested in hearing from you about what went wrong with your flower design and or flowers. We have always strived to correct our mistakes if we were in the wrong. Please call the store and we will attempt to correct the situation. The flowers we order are from the same vendors that the store has always purchased from. In addition we haven't raised our prices, even though the new tariffs along with what the wholesalers charge us (which is an increase during high peek times like mother's day).

Our designers incorporate magnolia leaves with most of our seasonal compositions as they bring an organic and textural element to the green and white arrangements. These premium magnolia leaves are sourced from the most prestigious farms. Our large and committed clientele base frequently rely upon and give full creative license to our talented designers to create unique and truly stunning creations. We will exercise more caution going forward, and not vary from the arrangements depicted on our website.

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the
following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
