I have several years of Floral Design experience, I worked for a local Florist for 3 years before deciding to open up my own Shop! I have always been a creative, crafty individual. I love what I do and I'm passionate about making my customers vision come to life! I'm a wife and a mother to two beautiful daughters and an awesome stepson!

Our subscriptions allow you to select a delivery frequency that best suits your needs - either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.

How often will I be billed?

You will be billed 5 days before the delivery schedule you select (either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). This is to ensure your florist will have adequate time to prepare your order.

How do I make changes to my subscription plan?

You can call the florist any time before the scheduled delivery or pickup date to make changes to your subscription plan and orders.

Can I pause my subscription plan?

Yes, you can! contact us at (913) 755-3107, let us know the next best delivery date and we’ll pause your subscription.

How do I cancel my subscription plan?

I ordered a Mixed Plant Basket. What is showing on he website as a mixed plant basket (with red and yellows flowers blooming from it), is not what was delivered to the funeral it was purchased for. We received a plain plant with no flowers at all blooming from it.
The delivery was indeed quick however.

The funeral services were held on Labor Day Monday and on very short notice, but the flowers were delivered right on time. The morning after I placed my online order, the florist called to say she was out of the white flowers and asked if it would be okay to substitute. The flowers she chose were very nice, and the bouquet looked beautiful. The bright colors were exactly what my aunt would’ve chosen.

Customer service was good. Unfortunately they didn't have the flowers I ordered due to last minute order and holiday weekend. However I saw a picture of what was delivered and was disappointed. I ordered the premium vase and extra flowers. What was delivered was a lot smaller and not as many flowers as I'd expected. It was pretty but not worth $137.

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist. Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.

Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone. Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.

To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences.
